The Kona Aliâi is a charming vacation rental perfectly situated on Alii Drive, close to Coconut Grove Marketplace known for the vibrant Kona nightlife. Located directly across the street from Waterâs Edge, this unit offers the ultimate convenience of being in the heart of Kailua-Kona.
The Space:
This property is ideal for a small group, accommodating up to 4 guests with its 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy ocean views and the convenience of being close to town, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
The condo unveils into a bright and open living room. Plush seating arrangements are circled in front of a mounted flat screen TV. A DVD player, a work desk, and WIFI are provided to ensure your convenience. The space features a Queen-sized Murphy bed that conveniently pulls down from the wall, as seen in the photos. A shared guest bath can be accessed from here.
Across from the living room is a well-equipped kitchen. All appliances needed are ready to help a chef whip up delicious snacks and meals. Call your guests over to the formal dining table with seating for 4 to have a home cooked meal together. Step outside onto the private lanai and enjoy a cold drink watching the sunsets over the ocean.
Down the hall is the primary bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed and has an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity to make getting ready easy. The vacation home is prepared with a washer and dryer combo, convenient for any wet bathing suits.
Kona Alii Condominiums also has a parking space for this unit labeled #204 and a secured building entry. There are BBQ stations and an outdoor swimming pool for guests to use.
Street noise from nearby bars and music may be noticeable when doors are open. While the location is ideal, right in the heart of Kailua-Kona and surrounded by vibrant nightlife, we unfortunately have no control over the types of individuals who frequent the area or the activities that may occur nearby
