Enjoy breathtaking views from this large well furnished ocean front balcony and well equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jacksonville Beach condo. Spotting dolphins is pretty much a daily thing, but, if you are lucky, you may spot a whale or two. We have even seen a manatee (rare site, but oh so thrilling). Enjoy the many amenities this unit and property has to offer, such as 3 smart TVs, fast WiFi, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler with wheels, wagon, pool, free parking, fitness room, and much more.
The Oceania complex is located within walking distance to several restaurants and a natural foods grocery store that focuses on organic food. Condo is equipped with lightweight beach chairs and umbrella; you may opt to rent resort quality beach chairs from "East Coast Sports Rentals" (located north side of the Hampton Hotel next door to the complex), They will drop off the chairs every day and place them right in front of complex on the beach and will pick up at the end of the day. You may rent bikes from the same folks or Champion Cycling.
Most folks don't realize that Jacksonville Beach is an actual island, running from Mayport (North) all the way to St Augustine (South), making it approximately 36 miles. From Oceania to St Augustine is 28 miles, and from Oceania to Mayport is about 8 miles. In other words, you can go for as long a walk or bike ride on the sand as you would like.
There are wonderful day trips you can take, such as; Take the Mayport Ferry to Amelia Island and Fernandina where, among many things you can do, you can go horseback riding on the beach Amelia island horse back-riding. Spend a day at the beautiful and exciting Jacksonville Zoo. Spend a nice full day (or longer) at historic St Augustine. Jekyll Island, GA is one 1.30 from the condo. If you bring or rent bikes, there are so many trails to choose from. Load up the komoot and ore bikemap app.
PLEASE ABIDE BY THE RULES. PETS - Oceania condominium HOA does NOT permit guests or renters to have pets on property. Only owners are allowed to have pets. You will be charged a fine. SMOKING of any kind - Not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. NUMBER OF PERSONS IN UNIT - The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the unit is 4 adults. Please do not bring more persons than listed on your online reservation request and/or Rental Agreement. If you do not abide by this rule, you will be asked to leave and loose your deposit and rent money. We have a very popular unit, also on the 10th floor, that has been on VRBO for over 18 years. We loved our stay! The apartment has everything, and is in great shape and very clean. We really enjoyed the setup, with the easy access between the beach and pool. And the location is perfect, next to great restaurants and a laid back atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Magaly and Mona are great hosts! Very clean, spacious condo with gorgeous views of the beach and lots of extras - a wagon to help bring in your stuff, liquid hand soap, makeup remover wipes, everything you need in the kitchen (even Ziploc bags and chip clips!), cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. We got locked out and Magaly had us back in within minutes. The beds are firm, so we added a foam topper during our stay. Pool, hot tub, and exercise room are clean and easy to access. Walking distance to restaurants, the pier, and shops. We enjoyed our trip very much and will definitely be back!

Owners were very thorough with the check in progress! Made sure we had everything we needed. Very prompt on returning messages. Home was in a beautiful location and came with all your beach necessities. Overall wonderful stay! Perfect getaway at Jax beach.

Condo was absolutely amazing. Everything you could need for your stay was at this condo. Loved that it included beach chairs. umbrella, wagon, and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including pots and pans that were in excellent condition. Great communication from Magaly and Mona.We will definitely return! Everything I could ask for and more
This property was just amazing! I have been staying in Condo complex for 20 years and this until was one of my favorite. I came in by myself due to family scheduling complications and my flight was delayed. Host stayed in touch and even left lights on for me since I was coming in at night instead of daytime. Once arrived everything was as described and everything was provided. First time a host left enough supplies for both weeks which was much appreciated (always felt like second week wasn’t any cheaper than first so why do they not leave two weeks worth). The area is just amazing! Day trips to Amelia Island and St Augustine as usual along with plenty to do for all ages close by also. Will definitely be booking again

Exceptional condo and easy communication with property manager
The property manager texted us the morning of our trip to provide us with her contact info if needed during our stay. We got there late the day of check-in, and she made sure she went to the condo to turn the lights on so we would not arrive to a dark condo. She even left us a basket of snacks that was much appreciated. The condo had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon for us to transport our luggage to the condo. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were provided. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, Tupperware, Keurig, and a Ninja blender. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets was also provided. Wifi was fast, and each room had a large TV. This property has a nice pool and hot tub. Beach access was very convenient with public beach access points on each side of the condo.Gated community with reserved parking space. We would definitely stay here again.

My name is Magaly. I have been in the VRBO world for over 18 years. Mona (my right arm, left foot, and left eye) and I have known each other for 30+ years. We became fast friends while working at a travel agency in Jacksonville. We are both very passionate about making sure our guests are comfortable, feel they got, at the very least, their money's worth, and feel they are in their own home away from home. We also believe that this home must have similar comforts to what we are used to in our own home; such as having a Dyson vacuum cleaner, soft / cool bamboo sheets, fast drying towels, beautiful none stick pots and pans, large smart TV's. and so on. :)

Oceania condominiums is small and quaint. The complex has 48 units in 12 floors. It's conveniently located to so many things. The packed sand makes it easy to walk or bike on. Management may come across as strict, but that is a huge help in keeping the complex from getting run down.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The location is great; you can walk to several restaurants. Walk to health food grocery store Native Sun. Go to the Hampton Inn right next door, which has a nice outdoor restaurant and bar. One of the best breakfast restaurants, Metro Diner, is just a short walk away. There is a places near by to rent very nice beach chairs and umbrellas, and more. There are beach paths on both sides of the building. There are also hose and shower stations on both side of the building where you can rinse yourself and all beach items before entering the building (an ABSOLUTE MUST DO as per complex management before entering the building).
