Very clean nice apartment. Beds super comfy. Can’t get closer walk to beach. As far as walking over the sand dune I didn’t have a problem and I have a injured foot. Also no one messed with the ac or temps while we were there stayed cool and temps outside were hot. Issues were bathroom sink didn’t drain well, little to no forks, also many people constantly walking by the back door-surfers people rinsing feet, basically everyone in complex has access to the hose which is next to the patio. This caused my dog to bark and that made the rental place upset. So I’d suggest if you have pets don’t bring them to this one. It was like people were right there literally all day walking by standing talking. We ended up having to close the shades the whole time which sucked. The Vrbo called me said they don’t allow pets in that complex there anymore which I’m not sure why they lied and said that because I met several people who live there due them always walking by and they have pets so that was odd. Anyway I wouldn’t stay at this particular unit again even though it was very nice clean. Just not for pets or anyone wanting privacy.

What a beautiful condo! Everything was top notch, from the comfy bedding, the shampoos in the showers to the extremely well stocked kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay as we dropped our one and only off to college. I want to recommend the restaurant Eleven South, you need reservations- we went twice! Jax Beach is such a friendly slice of Heaven, we always enjoy our time here! Thanks for providing such a wonderful condo to make our stay even more memorable. The Burns Family - Wisconsin

Great condo on the beach

The location of this condo is wonderful. You can walk so many places nearby! The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The master bed was comfy as well. Two things of note and the reason for only 4 stars: First, both bedroom doors and both bathroom doors are frosted glass panes. As soon as a light is turned on in any of those rooms, it’s bright everywhere else too. Not good if you’re a light sleeper or sharing the condo with early risers or folks who are up a lot in the night. Secondly, the walk up and over the dune could be a challenge for some individuals who may be older or have stability issues. Other than those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay.

Tournament Players Championship Weekend

We had tickets to the Tournament Players Championship and the condo was a perfect distance from the venue and located right on the water. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend staying here.

Great communication

There were some maintenance issues with the unit we reserved at the last minute. We were very quickly put into a better unit. The managers are fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

Great time in a clean comfy unit!

Loved the lanai, loved the beds and the sofa, all the streaming channels you would want! The property manager was responsive to every call and text before and during our stay. We arrived to no water— construction on the street had broken a water pipe. Communication from the owner was key—we went to lunch and it was back on when we returned! Well stocked, good location, no complaints!

Lovely and convenient

Our stay in Ocean Villa was perfect. Fenced in backyard for the dog with direct access. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach. We loved the screened in patio and the villa came perfectly appointed with everything needed. We stayed a week and had a great stay! Would definitely return.

Clean and cozy Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy condo. It was so nice to have a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the hosts having beach chairs and bikes for our use as well. We spent a lot of time in the enclosed porch. Thank you!

Short Stay - Perfect

The only, only thing that would have made this better would have been some fluffly blankets for the couch. We made due with the spreads from the beds. Very, very nice and luxury decor that made it even better. I wish we stayed longer!
