To access your unit, please request the elevator fab at the front desk for your initial check-in. We will provide you with a self-check-in code 48 hours prior to your check-in date and your amenities & elevator fob will be available at your residence.

- Please note that our property is part of the residences, not the resort. For this reason, we provide a standard set of towels per reservation. Unlike the hotel side, which refreshes towels daily since they don’t have washers and dryers on site, the residences are equipped differently and do not follow the same daily towel service.
- Construction Noise Notice: While we do our best to ensure a comfortable an enjoyable stay, please be aware that occasional construction, maintenance, or renovation work may take place with or without notice in or around the building or neighboring properties. These activities are outside of KJM Hospitality’s control and we cannot be held responsible for any noise or disruptions that may occur.
