Condo was clean, roomy, beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The facility had nice areas for both kids and adults to hang out/relax. Only downside was valet parking and inability to get a cart to get your own bags to/from room...ot seemed just like extra money you were forced to pay. However, these services were very efficient and helpful.

Great stay for a family vacation!

We had a great experience overall. The 2 bed/2 bath condo was perfect for our family. The hotel premises was very nice. The beach was beautiful. The kids enjoyed snorkeling in the beach.

Mini paradise

This was a mini paradise tucked inside the Marriott Palm Beach Shores. The room overlooks the lagoon pool with a big wrap around balcony. The owner was very responsive to my questions and helped me with what I needed. The staff was amazing. They always greeted us with a smile and asking about our stay. They were always willing to help!

Beautiful location, very nice condo

Loved the condo and all amenities. Pools are beautiful and daughter enjoyed the pool with the slide, and we did as well. The ocean was crystal clear and we looked the beach set up. Everything we needed.

Great stay

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool with the slide and the beach. Room was good. I’m not sure if the property manager is aware but it definitely needs more bowls/spoons. We had to keep washing bowls to get everyone fed. Room was in a good location though if you like to be at the pool. Property manager was very responsive when we needed something

Great property and wonderful stay!

The unit is exactly as described and pictured. Wonderful corner unit with huge balcony over looking the lagoon pool. Making it very easy to keep an eye on the kids when we ran up to the room. The patio doors and windows are great and blocked out all the noise from the outside when closed. We couldn't ask for a better host the unit was clean with tons of extra towels and liens. The host was always quick to communicate and extremely accommodating.

Beautiful corner unit in an amazing resort

We love the Marriott at Singer Island and this unit is wonderful! The corner unit with extended patio overlooking the lagoon pool was so fun and relaxing. The unit was large enough for our family of five. The resort is so fun! We are locals and it’s our go to resort when we have a few days get away. We’ll def be back. Thanks for a lovely stay!

No Ac and dirty bathroom and towels

I think you may need a better cleaning crew. The toilet in the bedroom that has a walk in shower was yellow and had a fecal stain on the bottom of the outside of the toilet. The ceiling fan in that room is extremely loud except the lowest speed. The face towels were stained. The pocket door would not stay closed in that room. We also had no ac and the slider to the porch would not lock.

Hi Cindy, Thank you for your feedback! I always provide my phone number and respond immediately to any issues if my guests encounter them. You can also message me in the app. Unfortunately, I never received a correspondence during your stay, and I wish I did so I could have resolved the issue while you were there and given you a 5-star experience. The AC is a brand new system and just needed to be reset, and once it resets, it blows cold AC. The cleaners said they would never leave pee on the toilet but would have come back to clean it if you weren’t satisfied. We now have black “make-up towels” for this unit, so makeup stains will not be on the washcloths. The fan in the bedroom is something I’m still working on getting fixed so it doesn’t “make a noise,” but I have provided future guests with a portable fan they can use in the unit. On the 5th floor, no one can gain access to the unit from the balcony, but I could get the sliders to lock- (both sides open up, so you have to line them up to lock). I wish you would have called me- these are all issues that were fixed immediately after reading your review.

Great condo!

My family and I just returned from a 2 day/night stay at this property. We were in town for my daughter's soccer tournament and Mother's Day weekend. The condo was a perfect set-up for us, and the location over-looking the pool was great! We enjoyed the beautiful beach, the 2 pools and hot tub and my kids loved the Kids Club activities! The condo was just as advertised and would be perfectly comfortable for a long stay. The manager of the property was quick to respond and very detailed with the information. Very glad we chose this unit to book with!
