LAKEFRONT 2 Bedroom townhome in Mallard Lakes-Minutes from beach!!

Come enjoy our happy place! This privately owned home is nestled in the Mallard Lakes community minutes from the beaches of Fenwick Island. Situated with one Queen bed, twin bunkbeds and a full bed, is it the perfect set up for a small group or family getaway.

Enjoy morning coffee (from our Keurig) on the patio while watching the great blue heron fish for his breakfast. After a long beach day you can kick back on the sun porch (equipped with AC for those hot days) and enjoy sunsets over the lake.

Mallard Lakes has 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a shuffleboard court and picnic areas with charcoal grills, as well as 2 playgrounds.

Across the street is a sports bar and restaurant, a pizza and sub shop, a liquor store, a breakfast cafe, and a bakery. Within 2 miles are Harris-Teeter, Food Lion, Walgreens pharmacy, a water park, miniature golf, go carts, ice cream shops and Fisher's Popcorn!

Upon confirmation of a reservation guests will be required to sign an electronic copy of the rental agreement and provide photo ID. This rental agreement is available for review on VRBO prior to booking.

Mallard Lakes has a $150 amenities fee for use for 4-7 days which includes pool pass for up to 6 people, parking pass, tennis and pickle ball courts and shuffle board court usage. This must be paid directly to Mallard Lakes upon checking in at the office near the front pool. Prices are subject to change as they are set by Mallard Lakes.

Linens/towels are not provided, but upon request we can refer you to rental services in the area.
