New listing 2025 Itâs located on the 2nd floor (requires 1 flight of stairs) of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort. The Villa is recently renovated with new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, new Washer / Dryer. It has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

We fell in love with Myrtle Beach 5 years ago when we were looking for a home to escape the cold winter months of Indiana! We wanted a place that was family friendly, close to the beautiful beach, peaceful and relaxing! Our villa in beautiful Kingston Resort meets each of those and more! We enjoy it so much and we hope you will too!

We chose Kingston Plantation because of Myrtle Beachâs beautiful weather, bright sunny days and magnificent sunsets. Our villa is centrally located close to the beach that we enjoy walking on, beautiful pools we love spending time in, and the priceless views with both the Atlantic Ocean and the lake from our condo. This truly is everything South Carolina has to offer right outside our doors.
