Our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage nestled in the heart of a private vineyard estate. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends.
The Space:

Bedrooms: Two beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space.
Bathroom: A clean bathroom with all the essentials.
Living Area: A warm and inviting living area with a comfy sofa, flat-screen TV.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven and refrigerator.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private front patio overlooking the front lawn and fountain.

Such a beautiful cottage on a beautiful property. Jordan was wonderful and communicative. It is the perfect tranquil setting -- I loved looking out the door at the persimmon trees! Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone!

We stayed here once before, prior to the most recent property sale - had a great time then and really loved the location. The property has been significantly renovated by the new owners, new landscaping, fresh paint, new furnishings, appliances, etc, etc. - all real nice. Particularly loved being located on a vineyard estate which enabled morning walks with coffee...relaxing and quiet. Hoping to return and maybe stay in one of the other cottages?? Only critique is that it would have been nice to have pickleball equipment provided near the courts so we could have played a few games! Awesome property, centrally located between Santa Ynez and Los Olivos.

Perfect Santa Ynez Retreat!

Our stay was just perfect! My husband, two young children and I just got home from our weekend getaway and we can’t stop talking about how perfect our weekend was. Not only was the cottage adorable, but the estate grounds were stunning. As a family we walked around and enjoyed the scenery. It was perfectly situated between Los Olivos and Solvang which made wine tasting and site seeing a breeze. I highly recommend staying here!

Vineyard Hideaway!

Beautiful Cottage among the Oaks. Well layed out floor plan complete with daily family squirrel show out kitchen window! Very comfortable bedding & bath. Great choice of restaurants within short driving distances not to mention not one but two Vineyards within a mile!Jordan, our host was fabulous as always answered his phone for our questions and concerns.

This is a lovely cozy cottage on a large estate. Lots of outdoor space and ability to explore the property. Easy access in and out and a great location near Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. Tons of wineries and great restaurants nearby.
