This small tiny home is modern and just built in 2025. It resides 10 yards from our main log cabin home where we live and run our mobile catering Burnt Ends BBQ LLC business!

I enjoyed being in my own, cozy little cabin near the woods as I found the tiny house to be a very homey and comfortable lodging, yet private and secure. The proprietors were very hospitable. I would recommend this place over a hotel room anytime. And I would hope to book it again if I’m in the area.

Nice New Tiny House

Fun stay in a clean and new tiny house furnished with everything we needed. Perfectly located to visit wineries, Fredericksburg and other local historical sites.

Ronnie wasn't an exceptional host! If you're looking to get away from the city, you should absolutely consider their tiny home. Their place has all accommodations necessary to just sit back and relax and enjoy your peaceful stay. They will go above and beyond to accommodate their guest with any needs. I look forward to staying here again Thank you, Ronnie!

The property is rustic and country pleasant. I loved it!! Host Ronnie is great. Ample parking, bring a pocket flashlight for the night returns. Friendly dogs that keep the critters away at night is a plus. We saw deer every day. The home is very-very clean. The kitchen is convenient and well supplied with utensils, dishes, and pans. The bathroom/shower is very nice, and including a stacking washer dryer unit. Quite convenient. Be aware that the bed is a fold-out couch. IMO, a Murphy bed would be better with a real mattress. Also, pack to live out of suitcase, as there is no place to hang up or store clothes. The heating is wonderful, even at the 23 mornings. HVAC is easily controlled with a remote. Although we couldn't get wifi, we are use to using our mobile data wherever we go around the world. No inconvenience. For us, this was very convenient, close to family. Only 20 minutes to the town.

Thanks David for your kind words. I’m sorry that you didn’t see my message about the Wi-Fi. Cause we definitely have it available. Anyhow, a Murphy bed would be better, but with a Murphy bed then you would be limited with space the sofa couch allows the bed to be put into the sofa for more room. But I’ve been thinking about that lately and figure out how to. Provide a better bed for our guests. Thx and happy holidays and take care.
