The first floor contains the entryway and carport access. The second floor of the home is the main living area with spacious living room and kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The third floor features three bedrooms: the bunk room with two bunk beds; a second bedroom that faces the gulf with a queen size bed; and the master suite that faces the gulf with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower stall. The third floor also has another full bathroom with shower/bathtub combination.
The house is equipped with central AC and heating, wifi, a large television in the living room and televisions in each bedroom, board games, a fully stocked kitchen, and a clothes washer/dryer. There is parking for up to four vehicles and direct beach access from the home.

Amazing views. Perfect location. This home had everything my family needed to enjoy relaxing on the beach during the day and watching beautiful sunsets from our balcony every evening. Oh, and I have to mention the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible Start
After a nine hour drive, we arrived to a house that was 94 degrees. The air conditioning was not working. This should have been caught by someone before arrival but it wasn’t. WiFi name provided was non-existent as well. They did call a repair person who was not an AC certified technician. Who determined that it was a signal problem from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. VRB did provide us another property which was awesome so they did do right by us. Since this property was recently renovated, there were no reviews so this will be the first. Needless to say, this property was very disappointing. Also saw wires hanging in the perking area. No attention to detail on the exterior of the home. There was also some siding pieces around the property.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. When we first walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming odor that smelled like rotting broccoli. We quickly realized it was likely a sewage gas issue, as the smell was strongest around the toilets and bathroom drains, but it filled the entire house. No amount of air freshener could cover it, and it lingered for our entire stay.The floors were also very dirty. While they may have been vacuumed, they clearly hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. I had to go out and purchase a mop, broom, dustpan, and cleaning supplies just to make the space feel remotely clean—otherwise, our feet were turning black from the floors. I spent about four hours cleaning on the night we arrived just to make the house livable.We reached out to the management company immediately about these issues and never received a response, which was incredibly disappointing. There were also quite a few large ants inside the house, which only added to the discomfort. The kitchen was extremely poorly stocked—there were no basic utensils like a spatula, and the pots and pans were in terrible condition. They left only a very limited amount of cheap paper towels and toilet paper, no hand soap, no laundry detergent, and just a few bath towels, so we were forced to do laundry with supplies we had to buy ourselves.The home is also far more worn and run-down than it appears in the listing photos, and it’s in need of both minor and major repairs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-DO NOT BOOK!
This place was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The exterior of the property was completely unkept—overgrown, dirty and clearly neglected which set the tone for what was inside. We also noticed exposed wiring near the parking area—a serious safety hazard. As soon as we walked inside, the house had a terrible odor that hit us immediately. We initially thought the trash had been left from the previous guest, but we believe it was raw sewage. We tried sprays and candles and it never went away. There were problems with the air conditioning which made it miserable in the heat. It got up to 86 degrees in the house. After two days of unbearable conditions, someone finally arrived to take a look at the unit. We were told it was an issue within the walls and wouldn’t be repaired during our stay. On top of all that, there was no WiFi, despite it being advertised. When we reached out about a refund, the host was extremely rude and dismissive, offering no solutions and acting as if we were the problem. They showed zero concerns for the condition of the property or our experience. Honestly, it felt like the owner knew the property was unfit for guests but went ahead with the booking anyway. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We were forced to leave after staying 2 of the 6 nights we booked. We had to scramble to find another place to stay with 4 kids. After all this, we were only offered an 50% refund from the host. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
