A great place for our family of four to stay, just down the street from a beach and a short drive to Elk Lake, a golf course, etc. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedroom was comfortable, and the futons were good for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

5/5 Stars – A True Home Away from Home!Our stay at Tracey and Bill’s VRBO in Cordova Bay was absolute perfection. Right from the start, the walk-up was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed. The views of the bay were stunning and made every morning coffee and evening wind-down extra special.We were in town to visit family, and this space made hosting so easy. We even had our sons over to cook dinner a few nights, and the kitchen had everything required to pull together a great meal. It truly felt like a home away from home for our entire trip.Thank you, Tracey and Bill, for being wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to come back!

This was lovely place across the street from a quiet beach on Cordova Bay. The accommodation is very clean and nicely equipped and we enjoyed our time there. It was about a 20 minute drive to Victoria or the Butchart Gardens and there were numerous wineries, cideries and breweries for folks in our group who love that sort of thing. Our hosts were most responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Life is a beach

The location was wonderful and the suite was perfect for a sisters’ holiday. Tracey and Bill are charming responsive hosts. We have stayed twice and would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the spot. It had basically everything we needed. The location was nice - outside of Victoria, and yet central to all of the places we wanted to visit. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The bed was comfortable too. We would definitely come back again.

A couple of days by the bay

A great location not far from everything we came to the area to see. Place was as advertised. A great space for me and my daughter. Our pup loved the morning walks along the beautiful stretch of beach, literally across the street.Easy check in and out.

We loved our stay here! The check in/out process was really easy and the house was lovely! The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. They even had coffee, tea and sugar for us (which was very appreciated). We’ll definitely come back…

Second Time Guests

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and were very happy to see it was available for the weekend we required. The location is great for us to visit our kids at UVic. The beach access is wonderful to go for a stroll. The Beach House restaurant a block down the street is marvellous. And the accommodations are wonderful for my wife and I.

Quiet with lots of space

We loved our stay in this beautiful community just outside of Victoria. We had lots of space and never heard sounds of the owners who live on the main floor. She was very responsive when I asked a question. Would stay here again.
