Lovely property for a family stay! And Zoe is wonderful with communication. Great views. The ferry views from the sunroom were a hit with everyone. Comfortable beds and very clean. Everything you need is there. The community is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Zoe’s home was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving long weekend. The house is right on the water with a constantly changing view of ferries and smaller boats during the day and the lights of Piers Island at night. It is also a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Horth Hill for hiking and a 5 minute drive to groceries at Red Barn or 10 into Sidney for anything else needed. Zoe was a very attentive host making sure our every need was anticipated. Departure couldn’t be easier with the only jobs being to turn on the dishwasher and make sure any garbage was in the garbage cans. We will definitely stay again!

This charming and extremely spacious property was perfect for us...the views cant be beat and the location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood, but easy drive to everything. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked. We went to the grocery 10 minutes away and had both wonderful dinners and breakfasts. I would absolutely come here again, and we were sad to leave this lovely home. The owner was very quick to respond to every question, and so welcoming.

We loved our stay! The decor was charming and the view was breathtaking. For nine ladies over a weekend we had plenty of space. Loved having two kitchens as well. All of the basics were there for us already. The host thought of everything! Thanks Zoe!

Wonderful vacation

The house was wonderful and right on the water. It has a sunroom with a beautiful ocean view. We thought being next to the ferries would be a drawback but it didn’t bother us at all. It was a great family vacation.

Oasis on the ocean

A beautiful home to spend time with family after celebrating a family wedding. We loved watching the ferry and boats outside our window and there was so much room for us eight adults to enjoy. It had everything we needed and I would love to stay there again.

Phenomenal home! We had a large party of extended family for our daughter's wedding, and this was a perfect fit. Close to the airport, convenient, and beautiful. We all loved watching the ferries come in and out, or sitting in the sunroom, staring at the scenic islands and bays. Watch for rabbits, eagles, lizards, deer, and songbirds. What a great location! And yes, it costs a lot, but with all that room, we divided costs among families, and we had plenty of room for everyone. We cooked in the kitchen, gathered in the living room, relaxed in the sunroom, and really enjoyed our time here. The host was responsive and helpful, too. Definitely would stay here again if we had a large group.
