Your own front door, bedroom, bathroom, living room, TV, kitchenette, fridge, and laundry room (washer and dryer) included at no extra cost.

Front porch is bright with all-day lighting for safety. The full property consists of 2 units with a shared front porch. Your unit (Unit B) is on the right.

The far back and left wall is shared between the units with sound insulation. The front and right sides face outdoors allowing plenty of light.


A private community pool is maintained and available for guests- keycard access is needed. Message hosts for address and instructions.

4 large green bath towels are provided in the unit. Clean hand towels provided for both sinks (kitchen and bathroom). 2 extra hand towels and 5 micro towels in the bathroom cabinet.

Washer / dryer located in unit if any laundry needs to be done during your stay.

There's a neighborhood playground and park down the street. Play structures, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, and basketball courts a 5 minute drive at "Katy City Park".
