3 BDR Mountain Getaway with Bonus Room

Our house is spacious, relaxing, and family-friendly. We have a bonus room in the back which can be used as a second living room, kids' room, game room, etc.

Our home is fully-equipped and ready for your stay. The kitchen has new appliances (refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave). We have installed a brand new central heat and air conditioning system. We have fast Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, and a DVD/VHS combo with dozens of favorite movies, We have left some board games in the dresser and a Wii to entertain younger guests. Our two boys call it their "retro gaming station."

Kirkwood Ski Resort, Bear Valley Reservoir, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and Silver Lake near by, offering great outdoor recreation. Several wineries, and the historic towns of Volcano and Sutter Creek are a short drive. At 3000 feet we get an occasional dusting of snow in winter and an escape from the heat during summer. Easily accessible, we are right off all-weather highway 88.

You will have access to the entire space, including the fully-equipped kitchen, the back deck, and the washer and dryer in the garage. We will send specific entry instructions by noon on the day of your check in.

We are equipped with a land line for local and emergency calls. Cell service is sketchy. Wifi is strong and consistent
