Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 404 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 404 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 404 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 404 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Important Notice: The Sand Dollar condominium building will be undergoing a roof replacement project from approximately November 30 through January 8. Guests may experience daytime construction noise during this time.

Overall our stay was wonderful!!! There were a few minor inconveniences but we enjoyed the convenience of being beach front. When we first arrived as soon as we opened the door we were met with a dirty/musty/old smell that lingered most of our stay. We bought several 1 air fresheners from the dollar store and probably by the 4th day it was better. The carpet in what we believe is the primary bedroom is dirty and gross. It needs replacing in our opinion. The photos are a bit deceiving because upon our arrival we learned that the primary bedroom was not an en-suite. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms but only the room with the two queen beds is an en-suite. The primary is located near the second bath. It also was a bit noisy at times due to construction or other guests with small children that were above and beside us. The elevator was also a hit or missed whether it could be used and was working. I would probably contribute that to the age of the building. The hosts were great also. We didn’t have a bad stay and we didn’t dislike the condo just a few minor hiccups and were a bit disappointed. I think we’d stay at the building again just not in this particular unit.

Great condo. I would definitely stay here again. Very spacious 2-bedroom condo that is centrally located between Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete. Great views of the beach and sunsets.

Great place and location

During our stay we were evacuated due to a hurricane and the staff were very helpful when it came to the process we needed to follow as well as letting us know when it was safe for us to return after the storm had passed.
