Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 4 twin beds (2 bunks)
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed (guest house)
• Living room: Queen air mattress

Note: Bunk beds include a ladder and guard rails. Use at your own risk—we are not liable for any injuries.

Security Features:
For your peace of mind, our property is equipped with an exterior security camera: the doorbell facing the
yard front of the home.

Pool & Outdoor Space Rules:
• Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM, or move gatherings inside.
• No food or glass near the pool.
• No diving—pool depth: 5ft at the deep end, 3ft at the shallow end, and 8-14 inches on the Baja shelf.
• Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool.
• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence.
• The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running.
• A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission.
