COMMUNITY FEES (not included in booking price):

Mandatory community fees will be added on to reservation after we have received the below information. Details of community fees:



1. In-Season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend): $8.50 per guest per night membership fee for guests age 6 & older

Off-Season (after Labor Day & before Memorial Day weekend): $2.00 per guest per night membership fee for guests age 6 & older

2. $20 per vehicle, per stay (2 car maximum)

3. Any guests just coming for a day visit will be $8.50 per guest per day



The community also charges an administration fee which has already been added on to your booking fee.



*If booking less than 3 days before check-in an additional $100 will be due to the community for a rush administration fee. This fee does not apply if booking more than 3 days in advance. We can not accept a booking with less than 24 hours advance notice, the community will not let us register you.



Please note - all fees and registration information must be paid and submitted 3+ days prior to arrival. Community will not accept late payments and will deny entry if not registered/paid on time.



Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, sports courts, lodge, fitness room, and game rooms. Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association and are at their discretion. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack, etc) or may be closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance, or other reasons out of our control. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT - THEY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.



Guests are required to register with Arrowhead Lake Community, however we will handle that for our guests. We will need the following information for registration:



*First and Last name of every guest over age of 6

*First and Last name of each driver

*Year, make, model, license plate #, registration state of every vehicle.

*If any guests will not be coming for the entire duration of the booking we need to know the exact dates they will be at the rental and they will also be charged for their vehicle and amenties.



For bookings 31 days or more: Flat rate of $275 will be added on to your reservation after we have received all of your information.
