NichĂ© dans un bosquet d'arbres Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un Ă©tang avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne orientĂ©e sud. Constructions en bois authentique avec une cheminĂ©e en bois vĂ©ritable (bois fourni) et plafond voĂ»tĂ©. Timbers Cottage est situĂ© sur 17 hectares avec un petit Ă©tang pour la pĂȘche, le canoĂ«-kayak ou le patinage sur glace. CanoĂ« et gilets de sauvetage sur place. Bain Ă  remous en plein air sur le pont qui court tout au long de l'annĂ©e. Plus proches voisins Ă  l'Est et l'Ouest sont chacun environ 1/4 mile away. Une chambre de maĂźtre avec lit queen et un loft pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes (4 lits jumeaux et 4 lanternes jumeaux). Sous-sol fini avec canapĂ© en coupe, systĂšme de divertissement, et table de billard.

We (my wife, myself and our puppy) had a wonderful vacation. The location was great as there was lot of land around to go out walking with our puppy without needing a leash. The cottage was warm, inviting and offered great views. You can tell the host enjoys providing a comfortable place to enjoy your time away from home. They had great communication, had the fireplace set to light a match and enjoy. While we did not get a chance to use it, the hot tub was ready to go. They went beyond just having coffee, they had options for tea, hot chocolate and some snacks. As a non-coffee drinker, this was so nice to see. Spices, condiments, cookware and utensils were available for those that want to cook.The bed was very comfortable. The extra-large couches (main floor and entertainment room downstairs) were also comfortable to enjoy watching a crackling fire or watching movies. In the past when we rented cottages, we had small bathroom (no surprise). However, this cottage offered two large bathrooms with full sized showers.This will be at the top of our list when we want out next break.

The cottage is delightful; it’s warm, comforting and provides everything needed - a true gem.Mat is very nice as well, the power went out the morning of my arrival and he took the time to let me know and that it might be a tad chilly for a little bit, but it was warm and welcoming.The place is clean and relaxing, it’s a great area to remove yourself from the daily hustle and bustle and go off the grid for a bit. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and added to the overall unwinding experience.

We had a great couple days here! The cabin was very secluded with gorgeous views and the hot tub was very clean! The only suggestion we have is to maybe put up a little Christmas tree or holiday decor around the holidays. Overall, we had an amazing time!

2nd time staying at the cabin, great place to unplug and unwind. Good location to make daytrips to state parks in NY and PA, as well as Ithaca and the Finger Lakes area.

Was a nice place and view. Had to pick some beer cans in yard left from previous renters i assume by the fire pit and in the yard along the house. Only 3 nothing crazy. Fire pit could have been nicer. Just a small metal pit ring. No seating around it unless you wanna drag a few big logs from under the porch. Found a bra under the master bedroom bed that wasn't ours. Moved the couch in basement slightly to put back into place and found another empty can. Lots of bees on back porch at peak coming in and out of roof. All little things. This is all nitpicking. Was definitely a nice property and location. Amazing sunsets. Owner was friendly in messages. Would recommend. The price was reasonable. We all had a nice weekend.

Hidden Paradise!

Look no further, book here! This was my first time booking through this platform and I am so happy I found this hidden gem. This place is well-stocked, clean, and beautiful! The property itself is gorgeous! The sunrises and sunsets are out of this world! We brought two teenagers and the majority of the time there, they didn't watch tv. We enjoyed the outdoors for majority of our stay, thanks to the great weather we had. The firepit was all set up and ready for us to use. We sat at the fire for about 4 hours just laughing and having a good time. The hot tub was incredible! Love that it lights up and it's so clean! The king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! Between that and the quiet area, I slept great! The Wi-Fi works great. I had to do homework and I had no problems with the connection for the entire stay. We loved seeing all the bunnies on the property! The host was very polite and made us feel truly welcomed. I'm so grateful for the hospitality! We are planning to come back and I already can't wait. Don't hesitate to book here!

Very peaceful time away:)

We loved the very peaceful and quiet time away from everyday life.The hot tub was the highlight and was awesome. It was nice being torward the top of a hill with a less traveled dirt road with just a few farms nearby. Scenery is great with hardly any road traffic noise from the main road. The cabin is very well built and we loved the fireplace. The owner provided lots of firewood, so we had a fire every night. Shopping is all within 20-30 minutes and the Creekside discount store is highly recommended. We got just about everything we needed and the staff was awesome! Checked out Shores Sisters market and a few fleamarkets near Towanda. Vincent's pizza in Towanda was awesome. Get their Detroit deep dish ;).Overall the cabin was great and got to meet Matt when we arrived. We were very great full for his hospitality.

Just What We Needed...

As described. Amazing hosts. This was a getaway for myself, best friend, my kids, and their friends. Wonderfully relaxing for the elder adults and something to do for all the young people. From pool to fishing to riding local trails and exploring the nearby sleepy towns, there was something for everyone at any given time. Already planning next year!!!

Perfect escape

The cabin is near the top of a mountain and is just a little slice of heaven. It is a great little log cabin with first floor living plus extra space in a loft and in the basement. The house was clean and well stocked. There is a hot tub, grill, fire pit and pond. Lots of field room for walking and we saw rabbits and a flock of wild turkeys. Can't wait to go back.

Romantic birthday getaway

It perfect for any couple wanting to spend quality time together its so beautiful and peaceful theres plenty of room if you do have kids they have tons of extra beds and the the entertainment is a smart tv and a pool table if u need to entertain smaller kids i recommend bringing games every thing is about 30 minutes away from property but you can definitely find things to do i definitely recommend cant wait to stay again
