Faith's Cottage is located on the Susquahanna River. Views from the all season sun room are spectacular through the floor to ceiling windows. The house is spacious and comfortable with charming antique furnishings. The front yard is stunning with beautiful trees and manicured lawns. The front porch is welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The backyard is the show stopper offering river views, seating and an overlook deck.
The space
Living room - with plenty of seating and TV for viewing. Board games are located in TV cabinet.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a small or large meal. Water is well fed with an extensive filtration system for whole house which is maintained regularly.

BBQ is on outside patio. (Propane provided)

The Four Season Sunroom is a new addition to this lovely family home. Watch your step down from the kitchen/dining area. Plenty of seating and beautiful views of the river. Curl up with a good book, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Do some bird watching with provided binoculars, identify what birds you are seeing with provided Northeastern bird identification book. There are hawks, eagles, and owls to name a few large birds seen on the river.

Main bathroom with stall shower located off kitchen. Stackable washer and dryer located in bathroom closet.

1st bedroom king size bed located on main floor. Jan 2025 this room received a new bed, carpet and paint.

2nd bedroom with king bed located on main floor as well. Jan 2025 this room received a new bed, carpet, paint and ceiling fan installed.

2nd bathroom with soaker jetted tub located on 1st floor between 2 bedrooms.

3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds located on 2nd floor.

Locked owners closets and locked basement door are off limits to renters.

Feb 2025 a new water heater was installed.
