Such a great little place to find for an unexpected trip to Delaware! I wish the weather was a bit warmer so I could have enjoyed the back garden more than looking through the window. Charming house with everything you need for comfort. Area is quiet and easy to access from main highways. Would recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the calm, clean and cozy Aesthetics. Everything was perfect. The backyard sanctuary with the Koi pond was the highlight of each morning that i enjoyed while having tea. Simply beautiful. I've never been so comfortable at a bnb. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This rental was definitely enjoyable for the majority. Very clean and well maintained which was absolutely appreciated! We loved the well stocked cabinets/cooking options. Closets were beyond stocked with first aid/cleaning/water/laundry room supplies, etc. and again, that was beyond appreciated as a “just in case” we need it, it’s there!Although, we definitely would’ve preferred a “cozier” living room - The couch is very uncomfortable to sit and relax. My family enjoys movie/game nights and hanging out while we are away and no of us were able to get comfortable and were constantly readjusting and complaining about the seating and comfort.The beds, sheets and pillows were super comfortable but, the master bedroom gets very hot. No air seemed to be coming out of the vents unless you turn the air on really low which made it freezing downstairs. The fan was helpful but still very hot. We would still give this 5 stars and would stay again.

Walk up to the home through layers of native blooms and textured greenery, then unwind in the backyard beside a peaceful fish pond that turns the space into a true exhale. In the warmer months you may catch the shimmer of fish below the surface and the soft movement of water that makes everything feel slower, calmer, and more grounded.

Inside, the vibe matches the outdoors: bohemian minimalism, clean lines, warm touches, and real plants throughout the home. It is curated to feel restorative, like a reset for your nervous system, not a generic crash pad.
