Easy check-in process, host was easy to communicate with and was helpful, the place itself was great with lots of space for guests. Overall, awesome experience.

Wonderful location just steps from the boardwalk and beach

We were in town for a music festival. This property was very conveniently located, just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. The property management staff were very responsive and quick to help with everything we needed, including early check in. We would definitely rent with BluVista Vacations and rent this property again.

Great Location, Not-Great Stay

Pros:- Can't beat the location... walking distance to the Boardwalk, the beach and OCMD amusements- Huge single family home with three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms- Very convenient parking includedCons:- Inconsistent cleanliness (dirty vents and kitchenware but clean bathrooms and common areas)- Missing key elements that make a stay comfortable (tissues, hair dryer, beach chairs, working clothes dryer)- Some parts of home in disrepair (broken kitchen faucet, upstairs bathroom door didn't close, weird smell on main level)Being close to the action downtown means you hear a lot of noise at night - from motorcycles racing down the street to crowds of people accessing the hotel parking lot next door. It didn't bother us much but it might bother a family with a baby or young children.

Silverware was sticky and dirty - we had to wash everything before we used it

Really convenient location only a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. Thought it was very reasonably priced compared to other listings in the area. Had 9 people and felt like there was plenty of room for all of us. Overall I strongly recommend and would stay again
