Excellent stay. Only one suggestion for the Ocean View King room is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It is very uncomfortable.

Amazing

This is by far our favorite condo we have stayed at in out of 5 we have rented between OCMD and Sandbridge Virginia. The condo was immaculate, sparkling from top to bottom. Furniture was nice and comfortable, well thought out layouts in all rooms. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could imagine for cooking for a group and it was so organized. The outdoor furniture is plentiful and in fantastic condition. The two balcony/patios provided wonderful views of the ocean and bay, and great seats for people watching on the boardwalk. All of the appliances worked perfectly including the washer and dryer.The rental company was also incredibly efficient at answering all questions and requests. The check-in and checkout process was seamless as wellFive stars, we would definitely stay here again

I wanted to follow up regarding your recent stay at South Beach. First, thank you again for choosing to stay with us. I’m glad to hear that your father enjoyed the property and that overall your family had a pleasant visit. I understand your concern about the construction noise you heard during your stay. Unfortunately, the work taking place was not at the property itself but nearby, and it occurred only during standard business hours. As this activity was beyond our control, we did our best to address the situation promptly and fairly. The property owner has extended a rebate as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused, though I understand it may not have been in the full amount you were hoping for. (You requested the half of the rent that was paid by you). We truly value your feedback and appreciate your understanding as we balance fairness to our guests with factors outside of our direct control.
