Newly listed! Welcome to the SchoolBnB! You won't want to leave this 5,000 sq ft luxury BNB. A School House in 1929, we transformed it into our family's dream vacation home and opened the doors to guests.

Enjoy 7 bedrooms, home gym with sauna, office w/ workstation, outdoor hot tub, 2 epic game rooms, an elegant billiards room, living room with 85' TV, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful resort style pool, an enclosed sunroom, and so much more!

Great family trip !

We had a great experience staying at the school house ! So many things to do with our big family group ages 3-60 ..beds were super comfy and so much space to spread out and play games , watch tv and eat all together at the big table ..enjoyed the hot tub and fabulous gym with suana ..great price in the winter / spring !

The house was spacious with lots of fun activities for kids but it wasn't well cleaned prior to our arrival and it hadn't been well-maintained, particularly with respect to the outdoor spaces (lawn, garage, pool, etc). It has a lot of potential but needs more upkeep, especially given the pricing.

ENJOYED

This place is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Our family needed a short getaway we have had a lot going on. This place was a little over an hour away, it was spacious, and had everything we needed. The children loved the playroom. The host answered right away whenever I emailed. We are already talking about reurning.

The property itself was beautiful and well suited for a large family or a large group. The staff was very hospitable. Unfortunately, the oven didn’t work. This was quite a bit of an issue as we had 16 family members with us and had purchased and meal prepped prior to coming so that we could do most of our meals at the location. This added quite an expense as we had to mainly eat at restaurants. We would have really appreciated prior notice. Finally, they knew that the oven did not work as evidenced by the maintenance man telling us that the parts were ordered. However, they told us when we initially notified them that we needed to trip the breakers
.. which obviously would have done nothing. Other than this lack of transparency, everything else was lovely.

The host was very responsive and the house was gorgeous. However, the home was not cleaned well. We found panties in one of the bedrooms from previous guests. The outside trash receptacle was filled to overflowing upon arrival. The kitchen counters were filthy and there was a plate of old sausage links in the microwave (the door would not open). The bathroom on the main floor did not appear to have more than a surface cleaning. There was also a small leak under the kitchen sink. The indoor grill was dirty. My team and I cleaned for about 90 minutes upon arrival so that we could feel comfortable.We departed about 15 minutes after our check out time and the host was gracious.

The air conditioner was horrible. Couldnt even enjoy screen porch with the squealing units. Tiles around pool table were all cracked my grandson cut his footHad to request pool be cleaned it was so murky. Orkin,came with no warning. Lawn wasnt mowed. Weeds were a foot high. Never again the money I paid and the condition of the house were outrageous! Had to request maintenence pool table was about to fall over. Had to bring free standing air conditioners because their units werent sufficient. So they were loud and let in more humidityVrbo should not want their company attached to this dump in any way!
