This place exceeded our expectations. The host from the beginning was very responsive. Check in was smooth and no surprises. The home is lovely, well kept, clean and modern. It had many amenities like extra soap, shampoo, kitchen cooking pans and utensils. Lots of space to cook, prepare food, and seating for a family of 14, play table games, and outdoor seating. The pool was fabulous and the pool temperature was perfect. It is a beautiful setting among the trees and quiet (away from traffic noises).

Perfect for our extended family vacay

We booked this for a small extended family gathering with 3 kids ages 8-15, parents and grandparents. We loved that it had so many kid friendly amenities. The pool was a big hit and the big bin of boards games came in handy on a cold and rainy day.

This property was absolutely perfect for our large family. It’s so difficult to find something that’s comfortable for my husband and I, our kids and grandkids, but this home nailed it. More than enough space and stocked with everything you could possibly need. All essentials like soap, shampoo, lotion, paper goods, dish and laundry soap. Our very large group didn’t run out of anything that was provided. The kitchen has every appliance you could ever possibly need or want. The pool was large, sparkling clean and fabulous and all of the outdoor space was wonderful. We loved seeing the deer in the front yard each day! The host was utterly amazing to work with. So attentive and accommodating. We’ve been looking for a place we can return to every summer with our family, and we finally found it here! We will return.

The house is a perfect setting for a family vacation! The house and pool were clean and the house had all the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook meals. Baby equipment was at the house freeing up car space for all our other belongings. Lots for the grandchildren to do and room for us to hang out and play games after swimming. I highly recommend this property.

Great for Extended Family

Plenty of space to spread out for 10+ adults. Between the porch chairs and pool furniture, there was always a place to sit in sun or shade. The forested lot provides beautiful views and privacy. All the bedrooms were comfortable and equitable, so every couple was happy.

Nice family house

The house accomodated our family great. Since the stay was a week before Memorial weekend outside wasn't the tidiest, but overall it was good. Plenty of bedrooms for our extended family and large dining room and living room made for a great gathering space. It worked out great to celebrate Notre Dame graduation at a reasonable price for the large family.

The pool was the highlight of our visit. The weather was a little cooler than it has been all summer, and host Alastair offered without us even asking to turn up the heat. Kids were in the pool morning, noon, and night. Alastair is VERY responsive and very kind. Our party of thirteen had a wonderful time.

Great place for our family vacation

This home met our needs very well. 7 bedrooms and nice pool and large lounge area with lots of seating. We made good use of the grill and smoker which made for great evening dinners together rather than eating out. Our littles loved the trampoline and clubhouse. The house was well stocked with kitchen needs. The owner was great to work with. It’s 15 min from MI City and lots of other activities. We look forward to coming back.

Love the Pool!

The kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down. Pool has great surroundings for those who want to watch the pool action, sun bathe, play on the trampoline, use the swings and slides or nap in the hammocks. Something for everyone.
