This sunny, charming beachfront home is just steps from the sand, containing 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and features all the comforts of home. Located just 60 minutes from Chicago and 50 minutes from South Bend, this home is perfect for summer vacations, weekend winery tours, and Notre Dame sports weekends. Only a private sand dune separates this home from one of Lake Michigan's most gorgeous beaches, so you can enjoy the privacy of your own yard while celebrating the tranquility of beach front living.

The recently refreshed home features a large open living, dining, and (fully stocked) kitchen area offering sunny, sweeping views of the waterfront dune. Over 800 square feet of deck and 450 square feet of patio space with a large fire pit and plenty of seating offer tons of space for dining and enjoying the beach. The house also has an outdoor shower, an extra den with a flat screen TV, a large private back (sand) yard, and an indoor/outdoor speaker system.

Fantastic Stay

This was a perfect spot for our friends and family. The access to the beach was wonderful; it felt private and quiet. The hosts were kind and responsive, the house well stocked with everything we needed, and the location great for trying breweries, wineries, great restaurants, and shopping. I definitely would book it again!

Everything our family needed!

We stayed here with cousins, aunts/uncles and grandparents (12 people total), and it suited us all. The owners were absolutely gracious and kind to work with. We'd stay there again! Oh and the beach was gorgeous!

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed everything about this house. It was well stocked with the essentials and was very clean. Easily fit grandparents and two families of 4. Loved the location on the dune and the incredible short walk to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location for a gathering with kids!

We had an incredible stay with two other young families at this home. We were nervous about how well everything would go with six adults and five young kids aged 0-4, but there was more than enough space to accommodate everybody. The hosts were kind enough to leave sound machines in every room and there were tons of baby and kid-friendly supplies. The location is hard to beat and we enjoyed being just steps from the beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a large gathering on the lake!

Property was great and accommodated our large group, we'd definitely come back. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies and plenty of plates/dishes/bowls/cups for kids and adults. The kids loved the toy shelf and the sunroom with a TV was perfect for a movie night. The house had two large coolers available for the beach and enough beach towels for our group which was super helpful.

Perfect Beach House Location

The real charm of this house is the feeling of seclusion, although it is in a pretty densely populated area, and the direct access to the beach. The back deck area is perfect! The kitchen is very accommodating and stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking ware. Plenty of beach towels are provided too. A great place!

Great House on the Lake

We shared this house with a few families and kids and it couldn't have been better. The beach was right over the dune and the kids could play in the sand on top of the dune while the parents hung out on the deck. Cannot wait to come back!
