To start, we had trouble even getting into the property. The QR code access did not work, and we had to stand outside in the cold until another couple let us into the building. At first, we thought it was just our issue, but during our stay we had to let two other couples in who had the same problem and showed us the same QR code and text instructions.The room itself was disappointing. The rugs are old, worn, and curling up at the corners, which looks unclean and is a tripping hazard. The bed was also old and worn with very little support, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There were not enough towels or hand towels provided. There was also no hair dryer or iron, and when we messaged the owner asking about an iron, we never received a response.There are no proper window treatments to block light or reduce noise, and as a result the room was extremely noisy at night and difficult to sleep in.Overall, the access issues, lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and condition of the room made this stay frustrating and uncomfortable.

Was just what was looking for. Parking was around corner but was staffed overnight.Downtown. Walking to a few places to eat and convenience store for supplies.Community game tables as well

This is potentially a good property, very well located and the good sized rooms have been nicely renovated. The building is secure and its a safe area. So what went wrong? Firstly the room allocated had not been cleaned and made ready for guests when we arrived at 4:30PM This was eventually sorted out and we were given an alternative room. The biggest issue in the process of sorting things out was that we seemed to be dealing with a "Bot" and not a human, messages were slow and incomplete. Something I had not realized all through the booking experience. The room was minimal in that there was just enough supplies for 1 night (we were staying for 2) there was no hair drier, no toaster, limited crockery and no supplies for cooking. As my wife was not convinced the bed linen had been changed, to keep her happy, I put all the linen through the free washing and dying machines on-site, found a spare towel to also wash (as there was only one in our room initially) and after that we were ok.

This was a lovely studio in a clean and accessible building. The picture was very similar to the room we stayed in. We had one window but otherwise it was the same layout. We were in for one night and we were very happy with our accommodations. Blake was responsive. A few things I wish I knew: we didn’t get the check-in instructions till the day of which makes perfect sense but we never encountered that with other VRBO rentals, there is a coffee maker. It wasn’t in the picture of the room and wasn’t listed so we brought our own, haha. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location.

Clean room, apartment "as pictured", close to train station, A/C worked well, overall a very good stay!Chose 4 out of 5 because of two things: 1. the main bedding comforter had gum or something on it - gross (did not use that bedding, found another blanket) and 2. I had two reservations (which the host was kind enough to allow to combine) but he forgot to communicate that to me, so I "checked out" and took my stuff to the car for the day. Then I didn't get a new code so I contacted him and he said "you have the same apartment" so I had to go get the keys and move my luggage back in. Host was responsive to my messages, just not the best communicating TO me. Side note: I thought this had laundry in each apartment (says washer/dryer). It doesn't; there's a laundry room in the building and that was a little hard to find. BOTTOM LINE: I would stay here again.

All was as advertised. The Xfinity INDOOR theatre us across the the street. Xfinity OUTDOOR theatre/ arena is only about a .8 mile walk away. We took an UBER there and walked back after our concert
