This is ideal for medical staff at Hartford Hospital, UConn graduate students, Bushnell Center artists, IT professionals, and downtown business executives.

This one-bedroom apartment is tucked away in the lower level (semi-basement) at the back of the beautifully remodelled historic home. You can drive your car down the driveway and park on an ample parking lot overlooking the town. Apartment features Murphy bed providing flex space during the day; premium quality kitchen cabinets and appliances, high end fixtures and fittings in the gorgeous bathroom. Living room features smart 75” HDTV, recline leather chairs and unique stone feature walls. High speed Internet throughout the property.

The apartment is exclusively for guests, no sharing with us, or anyone. The yard is shared by the owners and tenants at the second apartment.

We are available by phone or text and live on the property if you need something quick. Most things are included in the apartment, and access is easy.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Hartford, yet it is tucked away on one of the quiet leafy streets lined with hundred year old trees, so you will never know you are in the city. The exquisite old architecture and landscaping on our street will take your breath away. Five minutes walk to Front Street district and Wadsworth Atheneum. What a pleasure it is to be able to walk to all the restaurants, theaters, museums, riverfront park and business district.

You can walk to all historic, cultural and business amenities. But you can also drive as there are excellent highways nearby, should you wish to explore the vicinity. Public transport is available from Union Station nearby for rail and bus rides.

We host for a minimum of 30 days, but welcome inquiries for longer stays up to a year. You will be responsible for your own electric bill.
