Casita on beautiful 5 Acre Ranch. Set in Sand Canyon, gorgeous 200 year old Oak trees, mountain views and stunning sunsets, open spaces.
The Casita is a studio, one very large space, furnished with antiques. A brand new single bed for 1 person with a new, high quality mattress. Also a loft, accommodating
one person. Each has high quality cotton sheets.

The Casita is a 500 sq. ft. studio. It is silent, tranquil, beautiful place to rest. There is a workspace if need be. This is a brand new space, just built.

The space
The Casita is set on open space of land facing west. There is a driving path that ends at the front entrance. The property is inhabited with birds, squirrels, rabbits, occasional coyote, and an owl. There are horses on all sides of the main house at the neighbors! Sand Canyon is a beautiful area with may large horse ranches in the area. We love it here. It is peaceful, set back on a private road, quiet and pure heaven.

All of the space in the front of the Casita is for you as you want.
Other things to note;
There is no kitchen in the Casita. It will be as though you are in a large hotel room with a view of trees, pastures, and open space. There are horses all over this area. It is a very beautiful, calm and peaceful environment. The space is perfect for resting, contemplating, drawing, painting, or a home base for all the nature paths, hiking, events and special places in this area.
