Welcome to **Practically Perfect**, a charming and impeccably maintained beach house on Oak Island’s coveted West Beach. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom piling home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort.

Great Property!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to the beach and a very “homey” feel to the property. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough supplies which is rare at most rentals. Highly recommend for anyone staying on the island!

A great place

Excellent rental. This place has everything one could ask for in a beach rental. Location was great. It was clean. You really only need to show up here as they really have thought of everything you may need. We loved it and cannot wait to return next year.

Oak Island Paradise

Super clean, well-stocked, great location, quiet and easy access to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler all available for use.We had a really great vacation at this house. Would do it again and we highly recommend Stephanie, the property manager who was very helpful and responsive!

We loved this property. Everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The front porch was so comfy and a favorite hang out place. A short and enjoyable walk to the beach. Our first visit to Oak Island and it won’t be our last. So peaceful and quiet. Excellent!!

Love this place!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this lovely home. The home had everything we needed. It was beautiful inside and out. Clean, organized, with a very comfortable feel. Especially loved the porch furniture and enjoying the ocean air on the porch. Hope to be back soon!

Check-in was smooth. We had a wonderful beach vacation! The house was very comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, which made cooking meals easy. One of the best features was the location; the beach really is just steps away, and it was never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We spent countless hours on the front porch, which quickly became our favorite spot. Even with the hot weather, the porch stayed surprisingly comfortable. Overall, it was a peaceful and refreshing getaway — we’d absolutely return!

Ms Stephanie was an amazing host. She left a heartfelt and written notes with a lot of snacks, local events, local restaurants and a list of things to do. Throughout our stay she checked in with us via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay. And at the last minute she was able to accommodate us to extend our checkout. Wonderful stay

The house was very clean, exactly as advertised, and plenty spacious for our family of 3. There is a wonderful carport to keep your beach items and car under. Outdoor shower and hoses were a big plus. Small Ocean view from the front porch and you can hear it as well. Short walk to the beach and the access does not have steps. Plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking. Just bring your own foil, spray, spices, etc. Only downside was the living room being too warm to actually sit in at night. We pulled all the blinds closed but it was still very warm. Host was very good to work with. Overall, I would recommend this home.
