You can find yourself enjoying the warm salty ocean breeze from the expansive front covered porch or the tranquil view of the marsh from the rear covered porch.
Just a short stroll across the street (6 houses over - 400 feet) and you're on the beach, ready to dig your toes into the sand and experience beautiful sunsets.

Fun in the sun

Great home and location! Great views from the front and back deck. Loved the big outdoor shower - perfect for post beach time. Super helpful lines of communication from the owners as well! Would recommend and hope to visit again!

Anniversary beach trip

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean on arrival. We were greeted with chocolate and an anniversary ballon waiting for us. It was an easy walk to the beach- and the house had all the beach supplies we needed. Alex and Erika responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed and more.The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip. 10/10 would completely recommend.

Family Beach Trip

The house was perfect for the first family beach trip in many years! The layout is great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there. The hosts were very good communicating with us, and we felt welcomed. We are already planning a return trip next summer!

A great stay on Oak Island!

We traveled to Oak Island for a family birthday and booked this beautiful home last minute! Alex and Erika were quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and was super close to the beach! Highly recommend it for your next stay!

Affordable, clean, close to the beach access, and responsive host. House was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The outside shower is nicer than it has to be—very spacious and functions well.

Great family escape

Our family stayed at this beautiful beach house for a much needed get-away and loved the beach, the house and the town. The house was perfect for our family of 6 with everyone sleeping comfortably. They had beach items for us to use and a convenient pantry down the street if you forget anything. We recommend this for a great escape away.

Great house and close to the beach access

My family loved our stay here. The house was very clean, well maintained and smelled wonderful. It is an easy and quick walk to the beach. There is a large front deck with rocking chairs that has a nice ocean view. The four spacious bedrooms accommodated our family perfectly and the living area was comfortable and decorated beautifully. The owners were very nice and easy to talk to. Would definitely stay here again.

Oak Island Paradise

The property was just as advertised. Clean, smelled great upon entry. Beds are comfy and furnishings are nice. ONLY thing we questioned, we couldn't find a toaster! We could have contacted the owners as they were very open to communicating and eager to help but we were only there a couple days so it wasn't worth bothering them. Limited ocean view ( between houses across street). Sound of surf is so relaxing! Three minute walk and you're on the beach. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend the property for family vacations.

Our Relaxing Beach Week

The cottage was very clean and accommodated all eight of our party. The kitchen worked very well as we cooked most to every night. We could see the ocean from the front porch of the house and the walk to the beach was only five minutes. There were plenty of rocking chairs on the front porch and the shower below was very handy from coming in off the beach. We love Oak Island and would definitely consider staying here again. Alex was so helpful and very quick to respond with any question.

Great house with beach gear as well!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of room for your family with 4 rooms. The beach gear and wagon was nice to help get our stuff back and forth from the beach. Host communication was top notch and check-in process was super easy. Great house and great host!
