Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the pool, spa, and game room.

Security Cameras:
There are outdoor security cameras on the property, recording 24/7 for your safety. No cameras are inside the house.

Noise Policy:
No outdoor music is allowed after 7 PM. Additionally, parties, live music, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, or karaoke are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the house.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome for a fee of $60 per pet. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing pets. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is available for an additional charge with a no minimum day requirement. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

- October–March: $50/day if pool heating is not requested
- April–September: $25/day if pool heating is not requested

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Check-In/Out:
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request for $30/hour, subject to approval.

No Smoking Indoors:
A $1,000 fee applies for any violation of our no-smoking policy inside the house.

Mailbox Access:
We do not have access to the property’s mailbox.

Pool Equipment:
Guests are prohibited from tampering with pool equipment. Damages caused by unauthorized adjustments will result in replacement costs.

Assumption of Risk:
By booking, you accept responsibility for supervising safe use of the pool and spa and release the owner from any liability for injuries or damages. You acknowledge the inherent risks of using the pool and spa, including potential equipment malfunctions and trip hazards.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights
