Notre maison a été entièrement rénovée avec des détails propres et bien aménagés. Trois chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Salon à aire ouverte avec cuisine neuve, granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, grand îlot de cuisine avec comptoir en quartz, sièges pour 6 personnes. Salle de séjour confortable et remplie de soleil avec cheminée à gaz, TV intégrée, TV. Suite principale avec salle de bain complète, double lavabo. Deux chambres supplémentaires, 1 est un bureau avec un canapé-lit très confortable. Le bain principal a une baignoire / douche et abrite également la laveuse et la sécheuse. L'espace extérieur offre une cour arrière clôturée, un patio bleu avec table et chaises et un portique filtré. Jardin pérenne et chaises Adirondack pour de belles journées d'été ou de soirées. Notre super emplacement est à quelques minutes de tout ce que le centre-ville de Saratoga Springs a à offrir. Vous pouvez vous promener dans le centre-ville à des restaurants, des cinémas, des cafés, Beekman St Arts Disrict. Il y a un sentier ferroviaire à 1 pâté de maisons de notre maison, courir, marcher, vélo, ski, raquette au parc d'état de Saratoga Spa, SPAC, NYC Ballet, concerts. Il reste à faire à proximité. 55 minutes à Gore Mountain ou à la randonnée dans les Adirondacks. 8 pâtés de maisons de Saratoga Race Track. Nous avons un parking hors rue pour 4 voitures

The house was in a great spot walkable and bike-able to town and to the track. The living area was very comfortable and the screen porch was amazing.

Great home!

We just stayed here for my sisters 30th bday and the home itself is beautifully maintained and so welcoming ! The location is great, a 10 min walk to downtown. We would definitely come back and recommend it for all types of vacationers!

Perfect place for our weekend stay for college graduation. Beautiful house, immaculately clean with fully equipped kitchen and lovely screened in porch. Walking distance from town and restaurants. Fabulous and very welcoming hosts!

Track Season

Short walk to downtown and walkable to track. Very clean and well stocked. Nice screen porch and patio. Good setup for 2-3 couples. Very easy check-in and communication. Would stay again!

Modern, like-new, cozy home close to downtown Saratoga

My family and I loved our stay here. Palma was communicative and had good recommendations for things to do and see in town. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was convenient to most everything; it is possible to walk downtown from here, and SPAC and the track are a very short (less than 5 min) drive away. The Tempur-pedic mattress in the master was especially appreciated. We look forward to staying again!

Great girls getaway weekend.

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Walking distance to busy Broadway St offerings. Enjoyed sitting areas in living room and quiet & private screened in porch. Kitchen was fully equipped (space shared with residents, plenty of room set aside for us) Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Would highly recommend this rental.

Convenient, quiet and homey!

We enjoyed a fun sisters weekend in Saratoga staying at this property. Nice and relaxing house layout with quaint porch and patio, convenient to walk to town. Kitchen well appointed with anything you needed. Central air worked great for a 94 degree day that we had. The only suggestion I would have is reducing the owners personal food and items that were present in refrigerator and bathroom. We would stay again!!

A Plus experience - book this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is charming, in an exceptional location, with a beautiful yard, a lovely screened in porch, gorgeous furnishings, a fully-equipped and well laid out kitchen, a very comfortable living room and three excellent bedrooms. It was just perfect for our visit to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. And Palma could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Book this gem for your stay and you will not be sorry.

Perfect weekend

Lovely home! Palma and Ron were gracious hosts (thanks so much for the basket of goodies!!) and the house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful screened-in porch and downtown is just a short walk away. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and spending time chatting with friends. There is a fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and the location is extremely convenient to a grocery store. We enjoyed our annual Dave Matthews weekend even more coming back to this wonderful home! We have lived in Saratoga Springs for 27 years and love this city and are thrilled that we can walk & ride our bikes around town to get to the state park, restaurants, movie theatre , YMCA, shopping, coffee shops & the racetrack. It is nice to not have to use your car. We love to travel and have stayed at homeaway/VRBO rentals. We love the concept of having the comforts of home with privacy when you are traveling.
