This gorgeous retreat features a cozy queen bed, a refreshing shower, and convenient amenities like WiFi and AC. Guests can unwind in the soothing ambiance of this charming space, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Experience what Colorado has to offer with a stay at our bungalow. Must be ok with 3 sweet dogs greeting you on your way to your suite as you will go around the back yard to enter and down a flight of stairs to your suite.

We booked this place when we needed proximity to the School of Mines for the weekend. The neighborhood was nice, we felt safe, and the suite was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had all the accommodations we needed. The owner's communication was ideal. We were so pleased with our stay and hope to book again.

Fantastic little property in a quiet residential setting. Likely the best communication from an owner. Best of all was the Three Doggo welcoming conmittee! Super sweet dogs, even if they don't appreciate Freddie King style guitar...lol. Definitely on the repeat visit list!

This place offers a large clean comfortable basement room and bath accessible through a separate entrance at the back of the house. The bathroom is a beautifully and recently renovated. Kelli responded promptly to any questions I had.

This was an adorably decorated basement apartment. It has a separate backyard entrance and plenty of space. It seemed newly renovated with a nice bathroom and small kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. We were greeted each day coming and going by 3 super sweet and friendly dogs. Neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. Host was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Cozy and comfortable

This was one of my most favorite Vrbo stays! Starting off the kindness and helpfulness of the host started off the stay off right before we even got there! The check in process was seamless! The wide range of amenities from an abundant amount of towels, any toiletries that you could need including a cute razor, fan and heater, umbrella, fully stocked coffee and really everything you could need plus things that you never even thought about! The attention to detail and cleanliness made this stay so so comfortable! The host was very fast with communication and so helpful! The fact that the host didn’t require us to do so many things before leaving also added another layer of why this stay was so relaxing!! If I was in Denver I would stay here everytime!:)
