The property is great for adults, kids and pets. We had a blast! After a 14 hour drive with 6 year old twins and an 8 year old...the smiles on their faces when we arrived at the property was simply priceless. The only draw back was no wash rags or garbage bags but dont let that keep you from experiencing this property!!

Home was full of small ant’s everywhere; bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen. Roaches all sizes. The cleanliness of this place is clearly not a priority and there were spiderwebs on the walls and ceilings. There is no queen size bed as listed in a room; one king master room, 2 full size rooms and one rooms with 2 full size beds. Pool was dirty. Coffee maker had the previous filter with dried up coffee, air fryer with residue from previous use, and the charcoal BBQ has ashes from previous use with the grills completely dirty. Ants and Roaches made a lot of sense when you consider the cleanliness of this place, clearly not cleaned from the previous renter. If you care about basic cleanliness and pest control, reconsider this place because it is definitely not the place for you. Kitchen was completely stocked with all appliances, pots, pans and table settings - only good thing.

Great place for the Family

Me and the Family really enjoyed it here! All the cool extra amenities were awesome. The house was stocked nicely, beautiful bedrooms. I told my kiddos we'd be back for sure. Thank you Sergio!

Stay in Palm Bay

We had a rather large group with 6 adults and 7 children. This house was PERFECT! I highly recommend! The pros: - very spacious house - lots of outdoor space with the fenced in backyard - swimming pool with a floating flamingo that lit up at night - game room with pool table, foosball table, lots of toys for toddler, a video game - bluetooth speakers to connect to and listen to while outside - decent grill (charcoal was provided by owner which was VERY nice!) - good sized refrigerator - playpen and high chair provided - which really helped for traveling since you don't have to worry with bringing your own - Owner was very responsive - 95% of the time which is most excellent! Of course Sergio can't be available every minute of the day since he has a life to live, too. - plenty of dishes and silverware - plenty of towels and washcloths - there is a bath soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom which was an unexpected pleasant surprise - bed was comfortableCons: - with 2 kids sleeping in each bunk bed - a total of 8 - the bunk bedroom got quite warm. It would be a good idea to hang a couple of fans in a corner or two in the room by the ceiling to help circulate the air. The oldest grandson had to sleep on the couch since he is 6'2" and there were no sheets to cover the couch available. - advertised that house can accommodate 14 people, but, was charged extra for more than 10.

Beautiful Home with So Much More

Location is very convenient to Space Coast and short drive to Orlando. When you walk into the home the first thing we noticed how clean is smelled and looked. The themed rooms are decorated above and beyond. Game room had many options to keep adults and children entertained.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

This property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, quiet neighborhood even though there was construction going on, hardly noticed any of it. Great location. Plenty of shopping options, restaurant options and only 40 minutes to the beaches. My kids had a blast in the game room, there was mini golf as well which was fun, nice pool available but too cold to try it during this time of year. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages I sent. Wonderful host to work with. Will definitely stay here again for my next vacation.
