Belle maison de bord de l'eau sur la riviĂšre Indian River avec piscine et quai

Venez visiter Grant Florida et restez quelques temps à The Grant House. Nous avons un magnifique chalet A-Frame sur la riviÚre Indian qui est parfait pour le plaisir en famille, les événements marquants et les escapades tranquilles! Il y a une suite "vue sur la piscine" au premier étage avec une chambre et une salle de bain qui comprend un canapé-lit. Une plus grande suite avec une chambre et une salle de bains "vue sur le lagon" au deuxiÚme étage avec un coin lit pour 2 personnes supplémentaires et un balcon privé donnant sur le lagon. Si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace de couchage, un loft avec nid d'oiseau offre une vue imprenable sur le lagon. Le "lagon loft" peut accueillir 4 personnes avec une salle de bain supplémentaire et un petit balcon.

Amenez toute la famille, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour vous étendre tout en restant suffisamment proche pour passer du temps ensemble autour de la piscine. Apportez votre bateau et amarrez-le à quelques pas de la maison. Profitez d'un barbecue et d'un feu de camp sur la plage, détendez-vous dans le hamac et imprégnez-vous de la vieille ambiance floridienne!

So close to the wedding venue for our daughter’s wedding. We hosted a small welcome party the night before the wedding and our guests couldn’t say enough nice things about the house. Views were beautiful. Looking out and seeing the Dolphins was so serene.

Amazing place on the Indian River

Great place to have the whole family together for a needed vacation. Had access to the dock and boat lift. Public boat launch 300 yards down the road. Great fishing and ate at the restaurant next door. Everything so convenient and the kids loved the pool.

Book the house!!

We booked this house to have our rehearsal dinner, and get ready the morning of our wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. There’s a lot of space to accommodate a bigger family. Pam was super responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Nice stay

The deck and view is very nice. The dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard and grass. Right next door is a great restaurant you could walk to. The property was a little hard to find but is right on RT 1 so traffic at times was heavy. The train does run right across the street so you do hear it when it comes by. About 4 miles away is a Winn-Dixie and about 10 miles in Palm Bay was a lot of shopping. We all had an enjoyable stay.

Great memories!

Great house and great location! This unique property is great for families that have older children to where you can travel together yet still have your own private spaces. Property manager/owner was great to deal with and very responsive. we are looking forward to returning and making a family annual trip out of this property.

Paradise

If anything happens during your stay just know that you will get a prompt response and someone will be there in minutes, This Place has you feeling like you are on your very own private island with the most beautiful view of the sunrise and visits from dolphins. The three level floors and how they are split is perfect for everyone to have their space. The best room was the third floor, if you are not afraid of heights, the balcony on both sides of the house was heavenly. Thank you for sharing your home and look forward to coming back.

Great stay for a couples getaway

We had four couples for a two night business retreat (one child too). The house was great, view for sunrise was awesome, food next door is great, renting a pontoon boat for sunset is the way to go, big open space for meetings and relaxing was awesome. It is right off the main road so it is not secluded and extremely silent, but other than that one thing, if you don't want to stay right on the main ocean, this place is the bomb!!!

Old Florida Charm

We enjoyed a relaxing Memorial Day weekend at the very charming Grant House. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 small children to spread out. The dock worked well for our boat, the kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the views from the 2nd floor deck. Ordering from the restaurant next door was a fun perk. Pam was so easy to work with and the home was very clean when we arrived. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great Location

We rented a boat for the week and have several kayaks and this was a great spot for those activites. A lot of near by islands to explore. The 2nd and 3rd floor of the house is really nice. The first floor is not as nice but really clean and the pool was nice and cool in the middle of the summer heat due to the deck covering a good part of it from the sun for most of the day. The pool needs to be resurfaced and updated with some minor repairs to be done to it, however we look forward to renting it again in the near future.

Very clean, well appointed house

Each floor is its own apartment with outside access only. The hwy is 200’ from the house so you can hear traffic at night and the train goes through approximately 6 times each night. All in all a nice comfortable house. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked inviting in any case. The far upstairs is a good place for your smaller guests as the stairs are very small and steep like a ladder. Nice to be right on the water too.
