Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach access and ocean views during your stay. We appreciate your understanding regarding the parking situation. The parking garage was temporarily unavailable due to the building's ongoing restoration, and we understand this made parking more limited than usual. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Lovely condo Unit 817 in Daytona Beach Resort

My husband, my sister and myself stayed in this unit for about a week in January 2017. This is a lovely and very clean unit. Even thought it wasn't a direct oceanfront unit it still had a great view if the ocean. Jessica was very prompt to reply back to me if needed. Check in was easy. The resort is a very nice and clean resort. Resort is so close to shopping, restaurants etc.

Family Vacation

I really enjoyed my experience here. Awesome location right on the beach and close to grocery stores, Dollar store, and restaurants. It had 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. The only thing that was not so good was that it was really hard to get a turn in the hot tub but I know this is not the owners of the condos fault but as a suggestion to the actual owners of the building maybe put a hot tub or two outside near the pools.

Perfect property

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The front desk was helpful and kind. They answered every question we had. We loved the ocean view from our balcony. Every morning around 7am we were able to watch the dolphins come near shore! The ocean front pools and tiki bar was my favorite! Our children loved that they included fresh fruit options on their menus, and we appreciated the rum buckets. The condo is very close to the the grocery store and other shopping. We enjoyed having the option to walk over to the store! We could not have imagined a better place to take our children on their first beach vacation!

No real amenities

In the listing some amenities were not usable. Please note not one pool was available, you had to go around the entire building to get back to the hotel, and the staff weren’t the friendliest. The condo itself was great. We loved it. Very clean. The microwave does shut off after being used a few time.

That's wonderful you found the condo to be great! Please keep in mind that we only manage the condo itself, however we have been disclosing & updating the evolving information accordingly regarding the building amenities after our beach community was hit with back-to-back hurricanes in September & November of 2022. Building management is making great progress and now an Indoor pool, one outdoor pool, the sauna & fitness center are now open. Thank you for being our guest & for your review.
