Come relax in this well-maintained, modern home-away-from-home. Enjoy free resort-style amenities such as an oceanside, on-site heated pool, dry sauna, and fitness room.
Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of space and oceanviews from both bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Walk out on to the large private balcony from the master bedroom or living room to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets or the sound of the crashing waves. This recently renovated condo boasts carpet in the master bedroom and tile floors throughout the remainder of the home with lots of glass allowing natural light to brighten your living space. The main living/dining area adjoins the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. Park in the free, cool, underground parking garage.

This was a perfect family spot. Well stocked condo with beach items and all the necessities too. The pool and beach access were ideal! Michelle was a gracious host and was easy to communicate with throughout our trip.

Beautiful, well appointed two bedroom condo on the beach. While we were unable to take much advantage of the beach the access is easy and the beach is beautiful. Chairs and towels and toys were available. Parking inside was especially convenient when the rain poured. The host was quick to respond to any questions and great with directions on how to check in. Highly recommend!

Everything was good, except we couldnt use any of the balconies as they felt unsafe. None of the pictures had the temporary supports in them.

Hi, Daniel. I’m sorry but I just noticed your review and I’m really sorry you didn’t feel comfortable on the balconies. The supports were put in place as a precaution after hurricane Ian and the condo balcony that collapsed in Miami in 2022? Windows and doors and some balconies will be replaced/repaired starting this summer and the supports will not come off until all of the replacements/repairs have been completed. The supports are present in the photos on the website and I would have been happy to explain why they are there had I known you were concerned. It’s always better to error on the side of safety and precaution even if the supports are not attractive.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful, the beds were all super nice and the kitchen had all the basic amenities that we could possibly need! The view was incredible from the balcony and from the master bedroom.

Great location and stocked room

The balcony is huge. The owner had chairs & beach supplies available. The beds were comfy. The sofa bed was not as comfortable but we just slept on the sofa instead. The owner was very prompt in responding and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the condo for 6 nights. We were here to attend the 24 Hrs of Rolex race at Daytona International Speedway. Communication with Michelle was excellent! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Michelle is a wonderful host! She responds in a timely manner! The condo is amazing and literally had everything we needed to our stay! She even has a sun canopy for the beach which was a lifesaver. The condo is clean and very well decorated! Beach access is so easy & the pool is very nice. It as great waking up every morning to an ocean veiw. I honestly can say that my family and I really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back.

Although I'm new to short-term rentals, I have been in the rental market for over 20 years. I fell in love with the Daytona Beach area as a little girl and that love has not gone away. I have raised four children, who have blessed me with nine grandchildren, who all love then beach as well. As I'm nearing retirement, I sold some of my other rental property to purchase my dream vacation property. I chose this property as my home away from home so that my family has an amazing place to visit.

With this in mind, I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do and make it yours when I can't be here. Please feel free to reach out to me if I can answer any questions or make your stay your best ever!

This home has beautiful oceanviews from all of the main rooms in the home. When on the large, private balcony, you hear and see the waves crashing. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony or take a few steps to enjoy a walk along the beach as the sun breaks the horizon. At night, relax on your private balcony with your favorite meal or beverage while the sun sets behind the Halifax River.

Sandpoint Condominiums have a high percentage of owner-residents so the building is well-maintained, secure, and quiet compared to a hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer a lot of natural light. The balcony offers amazing views and is large enough to accommodate more people than other similar properties. This condo is well maintained and offers additional conveniences to make you feel at home.
