We loved our stay! This is a clean, fully stocked, beautiful property. From the location to the refreshing pool to the hot tub under the stars, we can't say what we loved most.

Our group of 4, all over 60 years old, had a WONDERFUL time at this VRBO. The outside deck is perfect!! The hot tub is especially nice to have at the end of the day after lots of hiking! Checking in and out was super easy!

Received all information well before scheduled date which made both check-in and check-out easy. The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets are also available, but were not needed. We enjoyed the beautiful views with the outside sitting areas every night, a perfect ending to each day. There is also a pool near by which was really appreciated after a hot day of hiking. There are hiking trails near by, the main street is also minutes away which has multiple shops and restaurants, really everything one might need. We were a party of six woman, had more than enough space, the house was beautiful and is perfectly located. We all loved our stay here and would choose this place again and again.

Clean, Comfortable and Relaxing

This location was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean and located just off the main highway. Easy access to the town and drive to Arches. After a long day of sightseeing, hiking and Jeeping you can relax in the hot tub. Be sure to get up early to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise.

Moab 2025 Jeep Trails with family

The property was awesome. Beautiful view of the mountains while sitting outside. Plenty of room for dinner inside or out. Full kitchen. The hot tub was great. We would definitely go back.

Rossana was great to work with. She was thorough with her instructions/expectations and readily available for communication. The house was clean and as expected from photos. The kitchen was more well stocked than many of the houses our group has rented. We love to make our own food and this kitchen made it easy. The outside deck area was fabulous and we spent a lot of time out there.

Moab Getaway

This house was a great place for our stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs. We were two families sharing this house. We really appreciated the outdoor table which seated all 10 of us. The grill and hot tub were a nice touch to the lovely scenic outdoor area. The kitchen was a bit sparse in terms of bowls, kitchen tools, pots, etc. My friend and I had to get creative to cook our meals. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Cute, Clean & Comfy!

We had an amazing stay in Moab. This adorable villa was super clean and had a great setup for our two families. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Even though the temps were hot - we couldn't resist eating dinner every night outside on the huge table with a view of the mountains. We ventured to both Arches and the Canyonlands from the villa - the location is convenient to both parks along with downtown Moab. After our travels - we quickly learned that AC is not always a given - the AC worked amazing allowing for a great night's sleep! This villa was everything we needed and more - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Last minute luck.

Having never been to the area, we decided last minute to drive down for Spring Break - so there was limited accommodation available. This property fit our budget and rooming preferences. King bed master is something we always prefer, with kids bedrooms on the same level for safety. It was absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful house with all the amenities we needed. The views from the patio/hot tub are lovely. I would happily recommend this duplex to friends or stay here again. We were out exploring and adventuring all of the days, but the house was great to settle into for the evening. Located only a few minutes south of town was no problem at all.

Go to Moab a lot and this condo was a hit with the family. The out door patio and hot tub were great hang out areas after long days on the trail.

Clean and comfy!

Loved the house! It has an amazing grill, is in a quiet neighborhood (except for roosters) and had room for all of us. I will say I don't think it could have slept 10 comfortably. It has both a drip brew coffee maker and a Keurig, we couldnt find that info anywhere so we knew what kind of coffee to bring. The patio is amazing!

Overall Excellent

The place was beautiful, clean, nice hot showers, etc. Our only issue was the air conditioner would not keep the place cool. We would turn down the temperature to 68 and it would be back to 72 by morning. Was always hot when sleeping.
