Step into a sun-soaked desert retreat designed for groups who want space, comfort, and the kind of backyard that keeps everyone together. Tucked inside the gated PGA West community in La Quinta, this home puts you steps from the legendary Stadium Course clubhouse and Ernie`s Bar & Grill, with mountain views that stretch across the Santa Rosa range from nearly every corner of the property.

Living space
The main living area centers around a large 65` TV and comfortable seating, opening directly into the dining area and kitchen for an easy, connected layout. Large stacking doors pull back fully to blend the indoors with the backyard beyond. Board games and a poker set are tucked into the entertainment console for evening entertainment, and a dedicated workspace is available in a common area for anyone who needs to check in on work.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and an oversized walk-in closet, along with direct patio access and private seating for two overlooking the mountains. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, and bedroom three combines a queen bed with a double bed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at any scale, with a 5-burner gas range, large oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. A coffee station comes stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French press, along with pods, ground coffee, and creamer. Quartz countertops and four bar stools make room for casual meals, while the dining table seats up to eight guests across a mix of chairs and benches, perfect for dinners or game nights. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, a spice rack, and other everyday essentials, plus non-breakable pool plates and cups for outdoor use.

Bathrooms
The home offers 2.5 bathrooms in total. The primary ensuite includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a hair dryer is provided.

Outdoor space
The backyard is built for gathering, centered around a private heated pool and private hot tub available year-round, 24 hours a day. Hot tub heating is complimentary, while pool heating is available for $50 per day to reach 88°F between October and May (summer months bring naturally warm pool temperatures of 85-95°F). Outside, you will find an outdoor dining table that seats eight, a gas BBQ with utensils, and a gas fire pit surrounded by couch seating. An oversized putting green rounds out the space, along with pool loungers, patio chairs, and multiple umbrellas for shade. Pool floaties, games, and toys are included, and the backyard is fully fenced for privacy.

Laundry & home essentials
An in-unit washer and dryer are available, along with an iron, ironing board, and steamer. The home comes with starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Bath and pool towels are provided for all guests, and extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are on hand.

Community amenities
Guests have access to a shared gym nearby, along with the community pool, outdoor BBQ and living area, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. Key fobs for community access are provided inside the home.

Location
This home sits just steps from the PGA West Stadium Course clubhouse and Ernie`s Bar & Grill. The Empire Polo Fields, home to Coachella and Stagecoach, are under 4 miles away, roughly a 10-minute drive. Old Town La Quinta is 5 to 7 minutes away, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is 10 to 15 minutes, Palm Desert and El Paseo are 15 to 20 minutes, and downtown Palm Springs and the airport are 30 to 40 minutes out. Highway 111 is nearby with Costco, Target, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and more, and I-10 is under 10 minutes away.

Getting around
Free parking is available on premises, and check-in is contactless via keypad, with a unique code issued before each reservation. All guest names must be registered with the security gate through the app prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM, with early check-in or late check-out available at no extra charge when possible.

Please note
Pets are not permitted aside from certified service animals under ADA requirements, with documentation required at the time of booking. The property does not have an outdoor music system, so guests are welcome to bring a personal Bluetooth speaker, keeping in mind HOA noise limits apply. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay, with mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee. Package deliveries to the property are not recommended.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
