Ma nouvelle maison est située dans le meilleur quartier d'Austin, car il est à moins de 10 minutes de l'aéroport, du centre-ville et de l'Université du Texas! Juste à cÎté du 11 et Chicon et à quelques pas de nombreux cafés, bars, restaurants et brasseries.

Le plan d'étage ouvert avec de hauts plafonds permet une flexibilité maximale pour les grands groupes. Venir en ville pour un week-end d'amis ou une soirée bachelor / ette? Aucun problÚme! Great House in East Austin

My family and I had a great time staying here for F1 weekend. Easy walk to great coffee and BBQ (other than Franlin’s). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for a Bachelorette Party

I stayed here with 12 other ladies for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! Everything we needed was there, there was ample space for everyone to get ready, it was walking distance to some really awesome bars, and Ubers were so easy and quick. Compared to some other properties, the price was more reasonable and the location was superior. We had an awesome time!

Wonderful house, great location & host!

We were two families with adult kids traveling to Austin over New Years to enjoy the city, the food, and music. The location was great with a wonderful coffee shop a block away. The house was spacious and well equipped for the 9 of us with room to spare. Everything was clean and access was easy. I'd recommend the house and would stay there again.

So fun!

We had such a fun time staying at Wesley's house! There were 12 girls staying here, and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean! It's a short cab ride to 6th St. and Rainey St. We also found some cute local spots extremely close to the house. Definitely a perfect location! Highly recommend staying here!

Great Place!

This house is just as advertised. Located just a short walk from 6th Street in East Austin and has all of the amenities a large group could ask for. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep on. Wes and Corinda (co-host) were easy to get in touch with and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this house for large groups and would definitely stay here again if we return to Austin.

Awesome house near 6th

Our group was in town for our friend's bachelor party. Wesley's house was in a great location and had more than enough room for our large group. Wesley was extremely friendly and helpful in accommodating us. Check-in/out was simple and the house was very nice and well-furnished. felt like a real home!

thanks Wes for a wonderful stay for our group. we were especially appreciative of how well-stocked the kitchen was. we didn't need to worry about salt/pepper, olive oil, and miscellaneous spices. we had a little bit of an issue with the primary bedroom getting TOO cold at night with AC going strong but found extra blankets.

Bachelorette Weekend in Austin

We had a great weekend filled with lots of fun activities all around Austin and this house was perfect for our size group. The location was easy to get Ubers/Lyfts to and from and the neighborhood had some shops we could order coffee and breakfast from. The mattresses were super comfortable! The homeowner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend and book again.

Perfect House for a Group

This house has everything you need, and it had plenty of space for our large group of girls. We appreciated how well stocked it was with odds and ends such as a garment steamer, as well as the pantry & fridge full of unopened refreshments and supplies. I recommend checking into the house before placing any grocery orders. The house was also clean well taken care of. Wes was very responsive. I highly recommend this listing.

Big open space with all the amenities you need (coolers, beach towels, kitchen supplies and ingredients, clothes steamer). House is very clean. Big kitchen for cooking/ hanging out. Great location- 10 min ride to downtown, restaurants, and airport. Sleeps 12 in beds.

Austin Bachelorette Getaway

We loved this home for our bachelorette weekend! The house was bigger than expected and very spacious for our group. The house was in a great location to do things in East Austin and downtown, and the owner of the home was very responsive with any questions before and during the stay. Perfect space for a group!

We had a great stay here with our group of 12. Everyone had a comfortable place to stay and there was plenty of space so we never felt on top of each other. The four bathrooms made getting ready so easy! Wes was great at communicating and responded to anything we needed right away. I would definitely stay here again!

House was exactly as advertised and perfect for our trip! We had a 12 girl bachelorette party and there was plenty of space for fun and sleep. The indoor/outdoor common room space was the highlight. College Reunion Getaway

Great open house with plenty of room for people to sleep as well as gather. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the house itself is as advertised. Slight ant problem, but they didnt bother anyone.

Excellent place for bachelor/bachelorette parties

Went down in March with 10 guys for a bachelor party, and this place by far beat our expectations (which were already high). The location is great, only a short uber ride away from bars and clubs. Close distance to a couple grocery stores, and we pretty much rode the electric scooters everywhere, thats how close we were to everything. The home itself was very clean, and large. The utilities are up to date, its all you need and more for a great time. Thanks again Wes for being so quick to respond to all questions and inquiries. 10/10 would recommend!
