Beautiful, comfortable, immaculate home. For our activities the home was in the perfect location. Most of our activities were either walking distance or within 15-20 min drive. Jason was very responsive to my inquiries and very clear with checkin/checkout instructions. The home was very well stocked annd included extra goodies for us!

Great extended family house and location

We loved this house and location (walking distance to fun food truck and restaurants). The house was modern and well equipped and wonderful set up. We loved it!

Amazing stay In Austin!

Honestly one of my favorite VRBO’s of all time. The house was extremely clean, the backyard was so cool and the beds were so comfortable! The gym in the garage is great for a quick workout and the house comes with games!

Great spot in Austin

Perfect spot, close to everything. Home was immaculate and so many nice touches to make us feel welcome, from snacks, drinks, toiletries, phone chargers. It was not a fussy place and had everything we could need. Simply designed and laid out and we will return for sure!

Fantastic Home in East Austin!

Highly recommend! The house is super clean, top of the line appliances, well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms and comfy beds and linens!! Easy to access and great communications getting in and out. Love the location so close to 7th Street with easy drive to downtown Austin plus great East Austin restaurants nearby!

Fantastic modern stylish house!

Four friends on our annual boys trip! The house was perfect. Four good size bedrooms and all the amenities that you could hope for. Even a killer Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker for the pre-gaming! Area is up and coming and a cool mix of style and history. Thanks!

Swim & Football Long Weekend

An awesome house which slept 6 VERY comfortably. Excellent location to all things Austin. We caught a swim meet UT win vs. Texas A&M. In addition, we saw UT beat KSU in OT! A very exciting weekend! This is by far our favorite home via VRBO in Austin. Thank you Jason for the cold beer, drinks and snacks. A GREAT host!!

Great place in Austin!

I highly recommend staying at this property. We had 8 adults comfortably sleep at the house, but the house was well set up for families with children. The house was clean and comfortable, there were great additional amenities included (bathroom items, food/snacks, drinks, games). It was clear a lot of thought went into stocking the house before our arrival. The location was great with easy access to many parts of Austin. We had fun playing bags/cornhole in the backyard. Jason was easy to work with and gave clear instructions. We'd stay here again!

Awesome

It doesn’t get much better than this. First off, Jason was top notch. Anything I needed answered, he was quick to reply. Superb guy. When we get to the property, we were blown away with how nice it was. We all agreed it was one of the nicest stays we have had. Super easy check-in/check-out, relatively close to anything yoi wanted to do in Austin, and was a quiet atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone!
