Very beautiful family- and couple friendly sunny holiday apartment in Torremolinos centre. The apartment is 115m2 including 38m2 sunny terrace with fantastic sea and garden views. Beach and city are both within walking distance (using steps or walking downhill to sea level). The area in the city centre near the apartment has great choice of lovely dining places and bars/cafes. The closest large supermarket is at the end of the street, 5 mins walk.
The famous pedestrianised San Miguel shopping street and city centre, including train station is 5 minutes walk away (slight uphill walk from centre).

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), living room, kitchen and the big all day sunny terrace.

The beautifully maintained and green garden has two pools, one for adults (good for swimming) and one for children.

Kitchen includes everything what travellers needs to feel like home. Bedrooms have clean sheets and pillows with plenty of towels for your stay.

38m2 balcony is sunny from morning to evening, all day and year long. It has sun beds, and a big dining table. One large underground parking space included in the price making it super convenient.

Great location, very tidy and nice apartment with a wonderful view to the town and sea. Perfectly equipped. Very easy check-in, helpful host. The terrace was absolutely marvellous. Would definately come back again and recommend the apartment to anyone.

Ontvangst was top, koelkast gevuld met koude drankjes! Appartement was prima, goede locatie, prachtig uitzicht, formidabel balkon. Douche op de gang was helaas niet schoon, zelf schoongemaakt (kleine moeite). Tip; kussens op slaapkamer roken echt niet fris, misschien vaker vernieuwen?

Family friendly option in Hilo

Nice apartment with great view of the ocean. All necessary items provided to enjoy the neighboring Carlsmith Beach Park. We saw sea turtles at the park. My kids enjoyed watching the cats around the property. A little confusing as to who to communicate with when we did not have extra toilet paper as there were multiple phone numbers provided for contacts of manager/owner. Overall a good option for our family.

Everything was ideal!

Our stay was so enjoyable. From the ease of check in, to the clean, well equiped condo, to the super incredible view with a gentle breeze. The snorkeling was so much fun at the state park literally a stones throw away. We will be back!

Snorkeling and turtles

The place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The view from the deck was incredible. With the windows and patio door open, there was a nice cross breeze that kept the place cool and comfortable. We were right next to Carlsmith beach Park where we snorkeled and saw lots of fish and turtles. We slept so well every single night. Randall was easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view, overlooking lagoons and ocean

Beautiful view from both lanai and master bedroom, very impressed. Very clean and comfortable all around. The breeze coming in was amazing. There are ceiling fans and floor fans if needed for those warmer nights. Would definitely recommend.

Jewel of a condo

We loved this condo. It is beautifully cared for and carefully appointed. The view from the lanai is 100% perfect Hawaii. I don’t think I have ever spent time in a condo that is literally above huge tropical trees and looks down on a super picturesque beach. The view is exquisite. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, towels and bedding etc. nothing was missing. The outside of the building is a bit windswept and the road going into Hilo passes some industrial buildings (the condo is near the port of Hilo but that is not visible from the condo). All in all, our stay was absolutely magical. We drove around the island and visited Lavaloa chocolate farm (with unbelievably, little wild black pigs rooting around freely) and also the enormous banyan tree at Rainbow falls. We drove across the volcanic landscape that leads to Kailua-Kona and saw the wild goats that seem to thrive on the rocky volcanic ground. We drove north through the cute town Waimea with its lush farmland and tropical landscspe, to the yellow sand Hapuna beach. Lastly we saw turtles and a variety of about 10 different tropical fish in the ocean outside the condo -Carlsmith beach Park). I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome location and view

This is a great apartment with a lovely pool and close access to a gorgeous beach. It is perfect for a family. The balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We would stay here again!

Great place!

We loved our stay in this condo! We were very happy with the cleanliness and location. The property manager checked on us to make sure we got in ok and was available in case we needed anything. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Located right on Carlsmith Beach, you don’t even have to leave unless you want to! Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. No issues at all.

Get away to Hawaii

We stayed 7 days in this unit. We were pleased with everything. I found the manager/ owner to be very helpful and accommodating. There was a book in the condo that made all the difference to us in exploring Hilo and the rest of the island. So glad I decided to take a look at it. There were more than adequate supplies available for our use. Be aware that the washer and dryer are coin operated so you will need lots of quarters. Beautiful view.

Super cool location

The location was convenient. The view was amazing. Had a little trouble sleeping due to the noise of the frogs and a rooster that woke us up every morning at 524am. The condo was amazing other than that. We felt very safe and loved that we were only 50ft from the water...aaaannndddd we got to swim with the sea turtles. Amazing.

Great Place in Hilo

Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views and lovely places to swim or to take a pleasant walk. Would stay here again. Loved that it had an elevator.
