We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness, modern design, and the lovely ocean view from the second floor. We are also glad that the property’s proximity to the beach promenade and its quiet location were positive aspects of your experience. However, we regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. In regard to the towels, these are provided, however, as stated in the amenities, beach towels are not provided. We try to make the layout of properties and amenities as clear as possible when we create our listings, with professional photos taken without using wide-angled lenses, and uploaded without any retouching or filters, so that they are as close to reality as possible. This way, guests can have a clear understanding of what to expect at the property prior to booking. These are updated regularly. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
