The host responded to all questions quickly, the house was fine. There is a parking fee for each vehicle, and the pool has added fee to warm if needed. The house was ok, furniture was worn in places, but overall tidy. Plenty of rooms for all.

The house worked great for us. Everyone enjoyed there stays. The beds need to be replaced soon but it was fine. The pool was a hit. Will stay here again.

House location was great for the park. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room. Well stocked on towels and pans,and baby furniture. We definitely book again.

Amazed with this home

The house is beautiful I had a family vacation with 18 people and everyone was delighted. Nice furniture, high cillings, amazing pool, 8 bedrooms. I stayed for 7 days and had a very great time.

Great Stay

The house was close enough to all of the theme parks about 15-20 minute drive with traffic to Disney Parks and about 25 to universal. Was a great place to stay for an our family and we had no issues. You do have to pay $20 to park at the resort club house but it was for the entire stay.

The host were very easy to communicate with and the property was all that we expected. We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. It is convenient to grocery stores and shopping, as well as the airport and the parks. A GREAT experience.

Very welcoming and peaceful!

This house was perfect for our event! We booked for 3 days wish we had stayed longer! The house was perfect! The pool was great for the teens and little kid’s entertainment. They loved the game room! We didn’t have time to check out the resort amenities! The location was centralized to multiple theme parks shopping and food! Would definitely recommend checking this rental out!

Great house even greater location!!

This house is perfect for a large group. There were more than enough cookware and we found everything else we needed too. I will defiantly book with Gary and Ann again. they were so receptive to all my questions and concerns. The location is amazing. Very close to the parks with an easy route to get there. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants all in a close proximity. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with tree lined streets and sidewalks too. I will always try to stay at Emerald Island Resort in the future. Thank you Gary and Ann for your hospitality.

Great Stay

We have a wonderful stay and we’re very thankful for the extra space and towels for our large family. The teenagers enjoyed the pool every day and night. The property was well maintained and we didn’t need to contact anyone for help. The process up to checking in and getting to the house was easy. Property owners were great to deal with. Resort was nice and quiet. We did leave some dishwasher tabs and tried to clean all towels and wash cloths before we left along with mopping! Thanks Ann and Gary for sharing your home! Hoping to visit again soon!!
