Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates May 17-September 15, 2025.
Linens and towels are provided.


Exterior security cameras on property:
Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).
Minimum age of 24 to rent.

Ocean view great. There is a "pass" between the dune that makes for a flat walk to the beach. House is nicely decorated, updated and clean. Seating is comfortable for six adults in living room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Kitchen had most supplies for cooking meals. Beds comfortable. Showers had good water pressure. No access to garage. Fantastic location.There are video cameras at the exits, which are fine. BUT, the one on the back deck felt intrusive bc we socialized out there a lot and felt like big brother was watching/listening to us. They said they won't view it unless there's a problem but still, you never know. Just creepy.

This is a beautiful home located in a great neighborhood. Home was cozy and comfortable. Views were amazing. The private walk to the beach was exceptional. Only regret was not staying longer!

We enjoyed the easy drive to all the things the Piter Banks had to offer. The only negative for us ( which I did not take into account ) were all the steps for my 85 year old mother. But we managed to get her up and down! I would highly recommend this house!

Great beachfront property

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. House is well maintained and we loved having the hot tub to come back to after swimming in the ocean which was still very cold in early April. The house is in a good location to other activities in the area like the dunes, lighthouses, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping.
