Free Beach Service~ Beachfront Townhome ~ Sleeps 8-GreenReef #4

The complex will be undergoing drainage system construction on the front (north side) of the property during March and April. This work will temporarily impact parking availability. To accommodate the limited space, all units will be sharing parking, and each rental will be limited to a maximum of two vehicles during this time. Vehicles will need to be parked single-file, one in front of the other, at Unit 14. When Unit 14 is being worked on they will be given the second space in front of Unit 4 to park their two vehicles.
Construction updates will be shared as they become available. At this time, no other amenities are expected to be affected.

Green Reef Unit 4 is located on Scenic Old Highway 98. It is a Gulf-Front/Beach front, spacious townhouse right on its own private beach in an upscale area of Destin, Florida. This is a fully stocked townhouse and luxury at its finest with its private beach frontage, complimentary seasonal beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) and 2 parking spaces (for up to 4 cars).

Green Reef Unit 4 is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome that sleeps up to 8. It has two large living areas with direct gulf views and beach access each with an additional two queen size sofa sleepers in the living room with curtains to separate the spaces. The master bedroom has a king bed and private beach balcony on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full bath.

The unit IS DIRECT on the beach. Relax on one of three beachside decks for a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for family fun in the sun and easy access to the beach with the bottom deck stepping down to the water's edge. Entertain with the convenience of an outdoor grill, dining table, comfortable deck lounging furniture and outdoor night lighting. Green Reef offers a private beach with beach service from March 1 thru Oct. 31 for the ultimate beach vacation. Conveniently located close to everything in Mid-Destin enjoy shopping, restaurants and much more only a short drive or Uber/Lyft away. Make use of local delivery services and never leave the beach!

All rooms have flat screen TV's with DVD, full access WiFi Broadband. Travertine tiled floors throughout the main floor and granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen.

This unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Queen Sofa Beds and sleeps 8. With 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 standard sized vehicles.
Seasonal Beach Service typically operates March 1st- October 31st. The rental includes 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas that will be set up each day by a beach attendant. Guests can purchase additional beach setups from La Dolce Vita. Please note that LDV operates with the safety of guests in mind and may not set up during bad weather, high winds, when lightning is present, etc. This amenity is complimentary and no compensation will be offered if beach service is unavailable due to acts of God.
