Ground floor and beachfront...
Step right out from the spacious gallery onto our white sand beach!
Our 5 bedroom / 4 bath condo is less than 75 feet from the turquoise blue Caribbean.
Keep the whole gang under one roof and have plenty of room to spread out in this 3200 square foot condo.
There is a gate from the condo gallery (patio) directly onto the beach.
The snorkeling is great at our artificial reef just a short swim away from the beach.
Pour a cool drink and relax under the swaying palms to the sound of gentle waves slapping the shore while being caressed by the warm island breeze.
The gallery is comfortably furnished for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.
This large outdoor living area adds even MORE square footage to enjoy and has an unobstructed sea view.
The Master Bedroom feature a King size bed and sliders doors open to the gallery providing a sea view right from your bedroom to the sun rising over the shimmering Caribbean Sea...
The second master suite has a Queen size bed and also opens to the gallery and the sea view.
A third bedroom has a queen size bed and two additional bedrooms have bunk beds and twin beds.
One even has a private entrance from the front breezeway.
Got little ones? We even have a Pak n Play (upon request) for your use.
The condo features central A/C should you need it or just open the sliders and enjoy the offshore breeze.
Four bathrooms (each with shower/2 with tub/shower combo) are stocked with plenty of towels.
The full kitchen has plenty of dishware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances including microwave and a blender to try out some frozen drink recipes.
There is even a laundry room with washer/dryer for your use right in the unit.
Our spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, dining for (6), Streaming only TV and FREE Wi-Fi.
The sliders open to the gallery providing a fantastic breeze and view.
You will find additional dining for (8) on the gallery so you can eat outside and enjoy the view.
Sugar Beach is a beachfront, security patrolled complex located close to Christiansted for dining, shopping and sightseeing.
It has a freshwater pool with plenty of deck space, gas grills, basketball and tennis courts and direct beach access. There are 2 restaurant/bars within walking distance and 2 grocery stores that are a short drive.
A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended.

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.
