La seule location de vacances sur la magnifique piscine Pools - Whale Watcher

Nous sommes la seule location de vacances sur la magnifique piscine Pools .. Notre propriété comprend deux appartements qui peuvent être loués indépendamment ou ensemble en tant que maison d'hôtes. Chacune des 2 unités a une chambre principale avec un lit queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Chaque appartement peut accueillir confortablement 3 adultes ou 2 adultes + 2 enfants.

De votre balcon, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan, vous permettant de voir les baleines, les surfeurs et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. La pause à Pools Beach est une destination de surf réputée à Puerto Rico, les pataugeoires calmes d'une journée à côté de la maison sont un régal pour tous les âges!

Nous sommes à distance de marche des restaurants et de la vie nocturne, mais suffisamment éloignés pour que vous puissiez simplement profiter du son des vagues. Un dépanneur, des leçons de surf / location, et le yoga en bord de mer sont également dans la rue.

Notre maison est parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade romantique sur une plage assez caribéenne ou les amateurs de surf qui cherchent un séjour à la plage incroyable. La nôtre est un joyau caché qui fait que les quêtes reviennent année après année.

Le supermarché local Econo est à 7 minutes en voiture et dispose de presque tout ce que vous trouverez aux États-Unis… Le phare est à seulement 4 ou 5 minutes et est un endroit idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Beaucoup plus de restaurants et de culture vous attendent dans le Rincon Plaza.
Nous acceptons les chiens pour les animaux de moins de 20 kg.

We had a great time in the ”Pink” villa!Great, private location next to a sandy blue water beach. Beautiful Sunsets! This villa is definitely on our list to return.

Let me start by saying the property and location are absolutely perfect. Gorgeous views like nowhere else around, a roomy beachside apartment fit for vacationing, and everything in the town is a 10 minute drive. Looks like it came out of a storybook! However, the real shocker came when we went to check in to the upper floor unit we’d rented at 9pm after traveling overseas all day. We followed specific instructions to the upstairs unit (the unit that we booked and paid for) only to walk in and terrify another guest who was in the shower because the same instructions were sent to her as well. Luckily enough, after a phone call to the property manager (not the owner, was not an option) and a 30 minute wait, we were given the bottom floor unit which was fortunately open. What I really struggled with here was the lack of accountability here, while we were left in a situation wondering if we’d even have a place to stay. Not a single apology from the property owner or an attempt to make reparations for a terrifying situation. We were lucky the other inconvenienced guest did not hurt us in self defense or call law enforcement. Yes we still had a place to stay (thank GOD), but the point here was that no accountability was taken, no apology was given, and I would expect better hospitality to have paid hundreds of dollars a night only to walk in on another guest and get a response of, “Can you just stay in the bottom unit?”

Couldn’t have asked for more

Even with occasional power outages in the town & lack of water related to (we think) that, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax & rest our heads at night. The place is beautiful, private, and just what you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. The view is breathtaking & listening to the ocean all night in bed really set the tone for the trip. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for a getaway

This was our second time staying at the property and we had a wonderful experience both times. What you see in the photos is what you get - a nicely furnished condo with the best views you can imagine. Beach access is super easy and surfing opportunities are right at your doorstep. Highly recommend

An Amazing View!

Accommodations were comfortable and what we were looking for. The view was amazing. Just around the corner from the point at Dome beach. If you can go now, do so. Surf is up from Nor'easters and over 25 foot swells.

Our stay at The Pink House at Pool’s Beach was a much needed get away from hectic life. The sound of the waves, cool breezes, gorgeous beaches, and easy access to great restaurants made our vacation pure joy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager Yazmin was helpful and responded immediately to our questions. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Thank you!

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Restaurants are either walking distance and a short 5 minute drive. The town is quite and beautiful. I unfortunately had to get work done during this trip but the wifi and power were consistent all week to get what I needed done. We'd probably come here again in the future. 10/10.

Incredible

This place is at an incredible location with direct balcony view and immediate walking access to your private beach. We ate breakfast on the balcony above the water every day. Indoor decor/coloring/appliances are a little dated and could use some renovating. PR won't have central AC/consistent hot water/consistent electricity like mainland USA so that's not the a ding against any host. There is a working AC unit in the bedroom and both bathrooms had running hot water showers (weather dependent). We had 1-2 blackouts each day that lasted 3-5 minutes. Overall, great beachfront location in a safe and cozy place with lots of food options nearby.

Whale Watcher

We stayed at Whale Watcher for three nights, and as I sit here writing this review I wish we had stayed longer. The view from the balcony is amazing, possibly the best in the Sandy Beach area. There is no air conditioning in the unit, so it gets a bit damp and hot but we knew that going in. The bedroom is airconditioned, but it may need to be maintained because it struggled to keep the room cool. Aside from that, we loved this place. It is not fancy, it is not new, it is just an amazing beach house with a million dollar view. It is quiet, secluded, safe, and easy to access. The check-in was smooth and the owners even allowed us in a little early since the place was ready for us. Parking was great, location amazing. Spacious for two people, plenty of room for three if you bring a child and having two bathrooms was great. I am so glad I finally decided to rent this house after looking at all the available units. Great place.

Great beach

The beach and location are superb. The apartment leaves some things to be desired, but that was expected from the photographs. We didn’t have warm water while we were there, but it was warm enough outside to not bother us too much. They were working on the solar panels that heated the water when we left so that should be addressed for the next visitor. The place is in a great location. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. The property manager and her husband were friendly and helpful. The husband responded to our hot water issue and, even though it was not fixed while we were there, he grabbed a couple of coconuts off the tree next to the property for us, which was a treat to enjoy on the balcony. Great coffee a 100 yards down the street at Java Jakes, and the best fish tacos ever across the street at Jack’s Shack. Three days was the perfect amount of time at this place. Off to find a hot shower! lol

One of a kind property and Rincon Experience!

Pink house is one of the few remaining 'old school' rentals in Rincon, with most of it's coastline consumed by cookie cutter villas and condo towers. It's a simple place with two units, both have oceanfront access and views. The beefy concrete construction means you won't hear a peep from your neighbors, and the large private veranda (20' long!) offers STUNNING views of the surf and open seas beyond Pools Beach. The beach isn't great for swimming due the coral and sandstone formations, but it's super quiet - all week we never saw more than a few people at a time walking or watching the surfers. Keep an eye out at sunset for the handful of pelicans that will roost in the tree next to the unit, they were excellent neighbors. Sandy beach is a 3 minute walk from the back door, but I recommend walking past the restaurant before swimming, the end closest to the Pink House has a pretty serious undertow. Despite a housekeeping snafu that led to us arriving to an uncleaned unit, the property manager quickly arranged for cleaners that evening, and an issue with the hot water (an island reality) was sorted out first thing Monday morning - we can't recommend this place highly enough. The surf sounds with the seas breaking on two sides of the point across multiple limestone reefs alone set this place apart, but the cool, funky vibe and effectively private beachfront make the Pink House a truly one of a kind experience. Someday (hopefully not soon) Pools Beach will fall victim to the cookie cutter condo invasion, so take the leap and stay here while you can - you'll not regret it!

Private Getaway

Absolutely amazing location where you essentially have a private beach steps from the door. Very clean, definitely a bit outdated on the interior (some windows don’t really open / close). For the surfers, while the private beach is great, you likely won’t be surfing pools right out front, but Maria’s and Domes are a 5 min. drive. Lastly, no hot water was kind of a bummer.

Vacation stay for 4 nights

This property was everything we wanted out of our stay in Rincon. It was clean, easily accessible, and had everything needed for a good stay. There is a few restaurants close by, and the kitchen also has everything needed to cook in as well. We also really appreciated the binder with tips/things to do. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Rincon.

First day was a very hot day so there was no cross breeze at all.. lots of ceiling fans but was just too hot inside! A/c in bedroom was perfect but if you had another in living room bed was rough!! Otherwise the place and location was great!!

Pink House Paradise

Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return! Was amazing waking up and getting to check the surfing right out front of our house. From the house you can walk right out to the rocks and watch the sun setting all the way over the horizon :) Doesn't get much better than that!

Truly wonderful!

My husband and I wanted to get away for our 30th anniversary.... what a beautiful place! We had to bump up our plans due to a family situation. It was a last minute booking and couldn’t have been easier. Laly, the property manager was very prompt in getting back to us. It was the “slow” season in Rincon.... and I loved it. The house has a view that is truly beautiful. We spent 90% of our time at the house, which is unusual for us. I watched the sunsets every night. The house only has two apartments, which allowed for privacy, which is what we were looking for... considering it was our 30th... 😉. Planning on coming to stay here again..... sooner rather than later. Thank for your hospitality and your beautiful beach house!
