What a place to stay! I took my whole family 16 of us and we were not disappointed. Basically appointed condos. Just a fabulous time!

Staying at oasis 1103 was a great experience. The rooms were great and had everything you needed. The amenities at the oasis cannot be beat the swimming pool, the lazy river, the waterslide and the access to the beach was amazing. The only bad experience that we had was our brand new wagon, beach toys, and several towels were stolen from the short term storage area. The oasis should really do something about securing that area more if they’re gonna offer it for short time storage,

Great rental, beautiful view! Beds were comfortable! Unit was very clean, the only thing I didn’t like is the lamps had strong air fresheners (tree shaped car freshener) hanging in them and a couple of my family members are sensitive to fragrance so after we removed those it was much better. Pool and lazy river were wonderful, especially with the beach having jelly fish, spent most of our day on the lazy river! Check in instructions don’t release until 30 min before your check in time. I messaged hosts through the app before my check in day and didn’t get a response, but when I called the phone number they answered right away and were helpful. Would recommend this unit and hope to stay here again.

Paid to have early check-in (100) but the management team on site was not aware, causing password not to work had to call to “reset”and a gentleman came to our room unannounced to “fix” AC, he was not aware we had early check-in either ( which was not cooling at first but just thought because it had not been adjusted but definitely worked after part was replaced) my daughter-in law was putting grandbaby down for a nap when the guy came. Issues resolved but a little frustrating considering we had a long drive in. Beautiful place, clean, great view. Only other complaint is the elevators !!! Had to wait 30 mins on an elevator also had to pay 189 to park in property garage. Would definitely recommend to others, Thanks for the memories!

The mattresses were amazing and the condo was clean upon arrival. We have stayed at another condo in the same complex and the other unit was a lot nicer. This one was a little outdated. Mainly the appliances in the kitchen. The oven door would be out of alignment so you had to close it just right and the dishwasher had a smell to it. The dryer took 2 cycles to get towels dry and the washing machine had a smell to it as well. Since the unit is on the 11th floor, park on the 11th floor in the parking deck and save yourself the headache of the elevators.

Wonderful beach access. Great pools and amenities. Our unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The dishwasher and one toilet didn't work. The people before us had left info on those and other issues in the condo. I sent an email on Saturday when we arrived and then called on Tuesday when I didn't receive a reply. Maintenance came Wednesday but didn't have the parts to repair it.
