Phoenix West II est un magnifique 3 chambres, 4 salle de bains unité Golfe-avant dans le plus récent développement le long de la côte du Golfe Alabama.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit King, 55 pouces TV à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée, y compris une baignoire jacuzzi et une grande douche de plain-pied avec deux pommeaux de douche.

La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit King avec une salle de bain privée.

La troisième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size et une salle de bain privée. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces. Cette unité est située au 8ème étage et est d'env. 1958 sq. Ft.

Unité dispose d'un accès internet sans fil, 60 pouces TV à écran plat dans le salon et un canapé-lit, coin salon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit et un bar avec machine à glaçons.

Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse au large de la 4e salle de bains qui a également une douche de plain-pied.

Phoenix West II condo offre une vue Golfe-avant spectaculaires et des équipements fabuleux. Sentez-vous libre pour se détendre dans les eaux miroitantes du golfe avant rivière tandis que les petits profiter de la glissade d'eau ou d'éclaboussures pad sinueuse. Transpirer stress dans la salle d'exercice à pleine charge, avec un sauna, et ensuite vous rafraîchir dans la grande piscine intérieure. Les installations comprennent également un parking couvert, piscine extérieure, piscine pour enfants extérieure et des courts de tennis.

Le Phoenix West II dispose d'un parking couvert et vous permettra d'acheter jusqu'à deux laissez-passer de stationnement par unité à votre arrivée dans le hall.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful vacation! It was us, our adult son and his wife and 3 children. The unit was large enough for everyone to spread out but still enjoy time together. Plenty of seating in the family room. Such easy access to the pools and lazy river and the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

Family vacation

Property has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, the condo was clean when we arrived the kitchen had more than enough utensils and appliances to cook for the family, there was 2 minor things had issues with the 2 front bedroom fans and the wifi was spotty at times. I would definitely recommend this Property.

The Perfect Vacation spot with very relaxing atmospheres

Spring vacation

The condo was very clean & well furnished. The location was convenient to every thing we visited. Had an awesome time at the beach. The only con was in the past we had stayed at owners condos and was use to having well stocked kitchens. This condo was stocked with the basics. Which was great just an adjustment on our part.

Perfect Family Condo

I loved the way this condo had extra couches. It was perfect for my family. Everyone had a place to sit even if someone was assigned to sleeping on the couch. I won’t lie…my favorite part of the condo was the 21+ pool area. We would spend time at the beach in the morning and would move to the pool in the afternoon. 100% recommend!!!

The perfect place for a prefect beach trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about this place!! My only complaint is our trio just wasn’t long enough! The condo was sparkling clean and very spacious. Our view from the balcony was wonderful, especially with a cup of coffee in my hand. My kids LOVED the slide. The walk to the beach was painless because it’s right there on the beach. I would recommend this condo again ajd again

3weeks in 808 at Phoenix West II

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both king mattresses need replacing. Horrible!!!Two chairs in den old and need replacing. I’m sure they were once expensive and comfortable. Not any more.Rug under dining table curled and caused tripping. Very dangerous. We tapped it down while we were there. Only one extra blanket and only one dish towel. Pot holders ready for trash can. We cooked often. Skillets and pots nice. Would have been nice to have plastic glasses. Probably won’t rent this unit again.

Wonderful View & Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean & had a wonderful view. The only problems were: The 2nd King Bed that was twice as high as the 2 Queens, and Master King, was way too high, The bathrooms all need grab bars, especially the tubs, it is very dangerous trying to climb out without bars (wish there was a walk-in shower in one of the 2 bedrooms, not 2 tubs). The couple in the King Suite, said the walk in shower should have more holders for soap, shampoo, etc, or at least a hanging caddy over the door? They also said it needed grab bars. The couches were ok, but rather have more reclining sofas, and we did not know until last day or so, the rockers were reclining, because the button is down in the cushion. When we did find it, there were 3-4 bugs in the reclining footrest. Need some simple 1-3 steps to start the television. We did get it but took awhile.Otherwise, everything was great.

Initial opinion of property… building is beautiful. View is wonderful. Pros: The view, the Oasis Bar & Grill; food was very good even though pricey. We expect that for the convenience. The women bartending were very friendly and made excellent drinks. Property was mostly clean. Pleasantly surprised to find a nice booster seat available for the infant in our group. Cons: At checkin did not receive friendliness at first. Refrigerator in condo leaked if using the water or ice dispenser. Floor ended up with puddles. The dishwasher is super loud. Sounds like hail. The dryer didn’t dry clothes the first couple times. My husband pulled the dryer out to check the hose and it worked after that. The carpets in bedrooms are extremely worn and master bedroom didn’t feel vacuumed. Carpet in the master closet has a stain that looks like splatter (vomit). The foot of one of the beds was broken so it was just propped up with a stack of wood. Condo says it sleeps 10 but there is only seating for 9. Someone had to stand each time. The complex is very large so all the pools were crowded. The beach chair company takes up two thirds of the beach in front of the complex so finding a place to set up personal beach chairs was very limited. Even though many of the rental chairs weee left empty. All in all, not impressed with the stay. Will definitely find a new condo next visit.

I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. We have shared your notes with our teams and will take the following actions: - Address front‑desk check‑in and guest‑service interactions with staff training. - Inspect and repair/replace the refrigerator water/ice dispenser to stop the leaking. - Have maintenance evaluate the dishwasher noise and the dryer (including vent/hose) to ensure they operate properly. - Send housekeeping to deep‑clean and re‑inspect the unit; the carpet condition and the stain in the master closet will be addressed and the master bedroom re‑vacuumed. - Repair or replace the broken bed frame foot and inspect all bedroom furniture for safety. - Review seating vs. listed sleeping capacity and update the unit or listing if changes are needed. - Raise the concerns about pool crowding and the beachfront chair vendor with property management to see what can be done to improve guest access. Thank you again for the detailed feedback — we’ll use it to improve future stays.

Family Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location of our condo with parking directly on our floor and the condition of our room. The rooms were clean and even ready for us early! Loved getting the door code sent to me and no problem getting keys or returning them. We will definitely be renting again.

Relaxing and Cozy!
