Phoenix West II est un magnifique 3 chambres, 4 salle de bains unité Golfe-avant dans le plus récent développement le long de la cÎte du Golfe Alabama.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit King, 55 pouces TV à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée, y compris une baignoire jacuzzi et une grande douche de plain-pied avec deux pommeaux de douche.

La deuxiÚme chambre dispose d'un lit King avec une salle de bain privée.

La troisiÚme chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size et une salle de bain privée. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces. Cette unité est située au 8Úme étage et est d'env. 1958 sq. Ft.

Unité dispose d'un accÚs internet sans fil, 60 pouces TV à écran plat dans le salon et un canapé-lit, coin salon, d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit et un bar avec machine à glaçons.

Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse au large de la 4e salle de bains qui a également une douche de plain-pied.

Phoenix West II condo offre une vue Golfe-avant spectaculaires et des équipements fabuleux. Sentez-vous libre pour se détendre dans les eaux miroitantes du golfe avant riviÚre tandis que les petits profiter de la glissade d'eau ou d'éclaboussures pad sinueuse. Transpirer stress dans la salle d'exercice à pleine charge, avec un sauna, et ensuite vous rafraßchir dans la grande piscine intérieure. Les installations comprennent également un parking couvert, piscine extérieure, piscine pour enfants extérieure et des courts de tennis.

Le Phoenix West II dispose d'un parking couvert et vous permettra d'acheter jusqu'à deux laissez-passer de stationnement par unité à votre arrivée dans le hall.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful vacation! It was us, our adult son and his wife and 3 children. The unit was large enough for everyone to spread out but still enjoy time together. Plenty of seating in the family room. Such easy access to the pools and lazy river and the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

Perfect Family Condo

I loved the way this condo had extra couches. It was perfect for my family. Everyone had a place to sit even if someone was assigned to sleeping on the couch. I won’t lie
my favorite part of the condo was the 21+ pool area. We would spend time at the beach in the morning and would move to the pool in the afternoon. 100% recommend!!!

Family vacation

Property has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, the condo was clean when we arrived the kitchen had more than enough utensils and appliances to cook for the family, there was 2 minor things had issues with the 2 front bedroom fans and the wifi was spotty at times. I would definitely recommend this Property.

Spring vacation

The condo was very clean & well furnished. The location was convenient to every thing we visited. Had an awesome time at the beach. The only con was in the past we had stayed at owners condos and was use to having well stocked kitchens. This condo was stocked with the basics. Which was great just an adjustment on our part.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean & had a wonderful view. The only problems were: The 2nd King Bed that was twice as high as the 2 Queens, and Master King, was way too high, The bathrooms all need grab bars, especially the tubs, it is very dangerous trying to climb out without bars (wish there was a walk-in shower in one of the 2 bedrooms, not 2 tubs). The couple in the King Suite, said the walk in shower should have more holders for soap, shampoo, etc, or at least a hanging caddy over the door? They also said it needed grab bars. The couches were ok, but rather have more reclining sofas, and we did not know until last day or so, the rockers were reclining, because the button is down in the cushion. When we did find it, there were 3-4 bugs in the reclining footrest. Need some simple 1-3 steps to start the television. We did get it but took awhile.Otherwise, everything was great.

The Braud Family Vacation 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th year staying at Phoenex West 2. The facilities were great again. Room on the beach seems to be getting more crowded. The chair rentals take up an excessive amount of space even though they were mostly filled. This causes the non-rentals have to squeeze in tighter. The room was great as advertized. With the exception of the recliner chairs. One was broken and would not recline. And the one that would recline, my wife had trouble keeping it reclined as it would keep going down. This was a big problem as wife being disabled needs a good recliner to relax. When we select a room for rental. A recliner is the primary item we look for for her comfort.The phone and internet service were not good. This prevented my son and daughter-in-law from having a couple desired meetings for work.

The two living spaces was so convenient for our group to give the kids their own space (we traveled with adults and children ranging from 1-11), the kitchen was stocked with the most convenient tools, furniture was comfortable, and the blackout curtains in all rooms literally made our week!! We can’t wait to stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both king mattresses need replacing. Horrible!!!Two chairs in den old and need replacing. I’m sure they were once expensive and comfortable. Not any more.Rug under dining table curled and caused tripping. Very dangerous. We tapped it down while we were there. Only one extra blanket and only one dish towel. Pot holders ready for trash can. We cooked often. Skillets and pots nice. Would have been nice to have plastic glasses. Probably won’t rent this unit again.
